  1. Personally I agree with Saint Lard. I'm pleased we've been promoted but I can't see the guy warrants a five year contract.

Have always rated him - Barnard should be the man to make way IMHO
  3. Personally i find his it's not over yet attitude a bit ridiculous.
  4. +1 :-)
  5. I think perhaps it actually helps matters that they chop and change a bit. When a player comes in he's used to playing with the others and knows he's not just there as a stop gap but as a trusted member of the unit. Take your point about playing people out of position, there's been too much of that in recent years. Always thought LJ gave his all, but he wasn't up to it. For next season I'd like to see us bring in a new centre back as but can't see us needing any other defensive reinforcements.
  6. Hardly a settled defence - not that it seems to matter
  7. Many thanks for putting that up - much appreciated :-)
  8. Many thanks for putting that up. What a couple of terrible route one goals though.
  9. God you are so funny
  10. The Beeb think his season's in doubt: link
  11. For all the people buying tickets - what happens if Plymouth go belly up do you get your money back?
  12. The idea that someone might think that he gives a f**k about what we think f**ks him off.
  13. Quite agree. They're f*uckin full of the themselves too... reasearch my *rse "Research by the Daily Echo shows that, when Lallana starts, Saints are the best team in League One."
  14. This
  15. Makes perfect sense to me
  16. I'm just guessing, but are you by any chance a Scientologist?
  17. That cracked me up
  18. It took a last gasp Villa goal for them to edge a game agianst Blackpool's second string. They might well do for us I'm afraid.
  19. In this (Danish) article: http://tv2sport.dk/node/70477 he describes a trial at an unamed English club on Monday that didn't go through, which is presumably the Saints visit he refers to elsewhere. He also says he thinks he's Premier League quality - this despite the fact that he can't get a contract at a club in the top Danish division. Basically it's very obvious that he's bigging himself up. I'd be very surprised if anything came of it.
  20. Who can blame them bad results or no?
  21. To me he came across as a paranoid control freak who was flattered to be linked to Silvio Berlusconi.
  22. Probably ****** of course http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-news/football/premier-league/transfer-rumours/3460/1/newcastle-and-birmingham-battle-land-ex-southampton-striker
  23. OK so I'm a bit slow on the uptake...
