Since moving to the mid west i have learnt that 200 miles is a short day trip. They measure distances in number of hours it takes to get there. As an ex pat living in the USA, and former Southampton resident I feel like I might be able to help out Californian friend with english-american cultural translation. Although somethings have occured since I was last home, I do not remember "chav" being used for example.

So for someone who works so tirelessly to provide sources and reasoning i had to have a laugh at the hilarity at your misinformed understanding having never been to Southampton. I wonder sometimes if we are playing fewer youngsters precisely because their heads might be easily turned and we want to wait till they are more mature so they dont want to leave after being hyped for 3 good performances.

I think that his best position is CM like you would find in a 442 unfortunately we and no one else really plays that any more. He is an ok tackler, great passer, not a lot of pace but reads a game very well. May be being part of the 3 in 532 would be goods for him too. Not a DM and as an AM he doesn't have the tricks or the speed. So box to box CM probably best position.
