  1. Goodness no. We had him before. He only comes up to Lamberts waist and will not be suited to this league at all.
  2. I agree we have all done stupid things but not many of us would deem to hit somebody with a bottle in our hand. Only idiots do that.

    David Luker?

All the best to him. He was always very helpful and replied to e-mails by return.
  4. Up to date information, facts and rumours on all Saints matters and opportunities to give opinions when warranted
  5. We need a big lump like Rickie in this league. His knock downs and passing are excellent and he will come good this year. We do not want to waste money on any midgets as we have enough of them already at the club. I cannot think of anybody else, of Rickie's make up and ability, that we could get to this club.
  6. There is something wrong when we consistantly get more possession, more corners and more shots yet we lose. Adkins realises that we do not seem to score from corners very often but these continual statistics are so disappointing.
  7. Absolutely.Well said that man.
  8. Agree entirely.
  9. He was good last time around and the same this time. A welcome signing
  10. The Premier League want to see regular Management Accounts. We do not know if these are monthly or quarterly, but whatever they are I bet their bankers would not rely on them. Furthermore, I feel sure there are many Bankers and Accountants on this site, who have seen so many Management Accounts where "actuals" fall well short of "budget". In fact, in my experience it was the norm. So I still cannot se the Skates getting out of this one unless, of course, somebody with money is prepared to commit financial suicide and take them over with a large injection of cash.
  11. Agree, but 31994 sensible fans didnt get involved with it.
  12. This seems a sensible post
  13. It is a disgrace that anybody of their ages wants to go anywhere near trouble on that day.
  14. Correct and Lawrie MacMenemy made the signing.
  15. Vince Bartram was definitely out with the Keepers for the Colchester and Bournemouth Games but the new man( Jim Stannard? ) came out with them for Tranmere and Huddersfield.
  16. That is correct but who is he?
  17. Agree our corners are poor as we rarely score from them. Le Tiss took the best ones and Steve Neville the worst.
  18. Logic would say why would Gaydamak wish give up his security, which could get him his money back, in favour of joining unsecured creditors in order to receive 20p in the £ over 4 years which may or not be forthcoming.
  19. Not any more as it was levelled and relayed in the summer.

    Red Ed at PMQ's

He certainly won the first exchange and all the political commentators seemed to agree. Must be a worry for the Tories now especially as the PM seems to be going back on his pre-election promises.
  21. It will be Morgan with Chaplow to come on later. It was obvious that Chaplow is not competely match fit after his performance last Saturday, despite being good.
  22. Whatever the outcome he has now let down the team and the fans as we are short on strikers for Saturday. He should not have been anywhere near the place especially at that hour. What a fool.
  23. I must say that the football we played last Saturday V Bournemouth was the best I have seen us for a very long time. Even Kelvin has been made to throw the ball out more rather than hoof it upfield to nobody. At one stage in the second half, Seabourne was shaping for a hoof but must have heard his managers words in his ears, and changed this to a pass out of defence.
  24. Yeovil local paper, the Western Gazette, indicates in the match report today that Rickies shot may have been over the line.
  25. A decent player with us before. He also came back after his loan finished previously, to do the traditional lap of honour at the last game of the season. Good attitude.
