  1. They have to generate enough cash flow to pay the creditors albeit 20p in £ over 4 years and continue to trade. On top of that Chanrai will need a return on his investment. If they languish at the foot of the Championship, which is likely, that "amazing" fan base will disappear and Gaydamak will still control the car park. Can still see difficulties ahead.
  2. The Striker to be big as cover for Rickie and also require a pacey winger and then we should be complete.
  3. and Captain too!
  4. Surely we must all be concerned that we have not got the pace that Papa and Antonia gave us last season?
  5. which seems to indicate he will be on his way when his contract expires in August
  6. There has been no publicity on the OS regarding number sold as was last year. I guess therefore ST sales have been rather slow thus far.
  7. I see that Vantis have had their Share price suspended at SE due to excessive debt. They must have caugt the habit after they prepared the original Statement of Assets and Liabilities to HMRC .
  8. He is not a young player by any stretch of the imagination although looked good on the You Tube video previously posted. I expect he was offerred 2 years subject to medical and as you say, this failed. He would probably lived up to his first namesake if we had signed him.
  9. I had the same reply to my protest so obviously pre-prepared. If all on this site who do not agree with the decision, e-mail David Luker, the shear number might, just might, bring an about turn. If we do not try, we can never win!
  10. Cannot see what the big deal is to sign Danns. I saw him v WBA recently and he seemed a bit light weight for our purposes. We need a Wootton Type but one who can pass and is skillfull. Danns may fullfil the last two criteria but he is certainly not the big, strong tackling midfielder we need.
  11. Was regularly MoM or us in the Championship. He did lack a little pace and tired easily but should be able to overcome the latter with the training set up we have now. He is a classy player and without doubt, would be a very useful addition to our squad.
  12. The deadwood have gone and we are left with Holmes, Wotton and Molyneux who have another year on their contracts. I doubt if they will play for the first team again, so they may be prepared to break their contracts if they wish to have first team football elsewhere. I doubt if anybody would pay any money for them. Pulis will be gone in August when we will not take up the option for another year. As somebody posted earlier that this is a big statement to make and obviously Pardew will only sign players who are good enough to take us into the championship and beyond. We can look forward to the transfer window with excitement now.
  13. Or Ali Dia.
  14. None of us, who had the privilege of seeing him play, fully realised just how good he was I feel.
  15. NC dismissed all these rumours with the contempt they deserved by simply ignoring them. This was completely the reverse of a previous chairman, who wished to get his ruddy face in front of the media at all times. His statement confirms that he is in charge, and will not be swayed by any outside influences. We can be joyous that his targets still remain on course and he wishes the same as us.
  16. The You Tube videos above certainly make him look an impressive player. Seems to always pass the ball on the ground and invariably finds his man. Better than anything we have at RB at present.
  17. Exactly as I feel too.Very useful assists throughout the season.
  18. "If you can dream-and not make dreams your master"...Kipling
  19. Surely Molyneaux's contract comes to an end and if so an be added to that list above?
  20. Was this the same Jelle Van Damme who was MoM at Home Park in a pre-season friendly? I recall Saints fans giving him a standing ovation when he walked past us at Craven Cottage, simply because he was on the bench and Wigley would not play him. He must have done something right whilst with us then.
  21. Maybe not if we had one of our giant defenders on the goal line, but how many times has this happened this season? A lesson to be learned here I guess.
  22. As they appear to have traded illegally, prior to the Administration, the Directors at the time would be personally liable. I presume therefore, any creditor, who does not agree to take a percentage in the £, can sue those Directors? If this is not the case, does anybody know who can issue the writ for illegal trading?
  23. We were screaming for somebody to get on the far post for this kick but as usual, nobody did and we gave away a goal.
  24. I think the £10M is already in the £40M as they are treating Gaydamak as an unsecured creditor at the moment until clarification. However, I get the gist of your post. There will also be a working capital requirement too. TBH I cannot see anybody buying the club even with these reduced debts.
