Do we really believe that they are not going to get the players in? We call the Pompey fans deluded. If BC was still at the club I may agree that he wouldnt care if they had a team or not but these new men would not be signing a 15k a week player on a long contract if they had no thought about assembling a team. IMO it is ideal as they can start from scratch and put in a load of decent players to make a good team that may push for the PL. Will we?

My niece works as a carer. She was helping a man who is bedbound, unable to help himself, but mentally fine, he had a sudden uncontrolled release from his bowels. I cannot imagine how awful a decent person would feel to put a young person through that.Is that dignity,humanity and a caring society. Yes there is always the chance of abuse but why put people through the emotional and psychological stress of such a terrible end to lives?

That immediately made them stand up and sing. The Newcastle players just froze and we scored three goals. i recall the South Today replaying the goals with the Solent commentator over the top. i sent a link to one of the items on the saga asking how people pass the FPPT, and are allowed to own a British football club. I was sent back the link of their rules adding that they cannot comment on any links or posts included. Its like dealing with FIFA, I feel that whichever football club it is they don't care as long as money is being brought in. I feel sad that a sport that I have adored all my life is tarnished by such goings on. I accept it is naive not to think these things are not around, and am certain in the past that our own club has been involved in unsavoury actions, but as football fans it is distasteful.
