I did acknowledge the further payments might not happen, but Heisenberg ignores them every time regardless and opts for the lower figure to bash the club.

The add ons are likely to include WBA winning the champions league or Jay winning the Ballon d'O.

That's why it's best to ignore them

Man City will pull out of a deal for Leicester playmaker Riyad Mahrez for a second time if the Foxes do not lower their asking price for the player.

Sky sports

FFS Why are they dithering....

I imagine young James Maddison is going to be a bit gutted if Marhez doesn't leave..

It's criminal that leicester have kept Mahrez this long. Everyone knows that once a top 6 side makes an enquiry the club is legally obligated to sell ASAP.

I know they did some vodoo to block Vardys arsenal move but this is now taking the ****

It's criminal that Mahrez, having initially thrown his rattle out of his pram in each transfer window, has actually accepted the clubs decision and given 100% for the club that pays his wages. Everyone knows that once a top 6 side makes an enquiry the player is legally obligated to act like a petulant cu nt and dawdle his way through the rest of season, annoying teammates and fans alike to ensure his move goes ahead.

Perhaps that was because his head never arrived in Manchester...

The difference is Leicester really wanted to keep their players whereas SFC didn't. Players like Mane, Wanyama and van Dijk were bought with the intention of selling them on for profit. Leicester's owner was more interested in building a successful football team than making money out of them.

HAMMERS INTERESTED IN INGLESE

West Ham are the latest club to show interest in Napoli striker Roberto Inglese.

The 26-year-old spent last season on loan at Chievo and he is now keen to secure a permanent move. Sky in Italy understands that West Ham are the latest club to make contact over a deal for Inglese.

The Hammers are looking to sign a striker this summer and they have earmarked the Napoli man as a viable option. Inglese is currently assessing all his options and there is talk of an offer arriving from Sporting Lisbon.

Napoli would only consider selling the striker if a significant bid was made - with one report suggesting offers in excess of £17m would be considered.

Lanzini to miss all of next season?

Manuel Lanzini to miss ALL of next season

Big news from West Ham...

The Hammers have been rocked by the news that Manuel Lanzini will miss ALL of next season with his knee injury.

The 25-year-old forward is understood to be distraught after the full extent of the problem was outlined to his club. In total he is set to miss 15 months.

Lanzini picked up the injury in training with the Argentina squad a week before the World Cup kicked off in Russia.

He’d preciously been told he could be hopeful of being back for part of the 2018-19 campaign after rupturing cruciate ligaments in the buikd up to the World Cup.

Mirror Football understands, however, the club have been told his injury is a ‘cruciate plus’ - ruling him out for far longer that he and that had previously thought

Rooney deal done in next 48 hours...

Rooney deal done in next 48 hours

Wayne Rooney is set to complete his protracted move to DC United from Everton in the next 48 hours.

Rooney will finally go through with the transfer and fly to the US after spending the last few weeks mulling over the switch with his family.

The former England and Manchester United captain has already agreed terms on a two-year deal worth around £12.5million and applied for his US visa and work permit.

The striker has also toured DC United’s facilities and undergone a medical.

Rooney, 32, is reluctantly leaving his beloved Everton just one year after returning from United because boss Marco Silva has made it clear he is not part of his first-team plans.

Everton have waived a fee for the remaining 12 months of his £150,000-a-week deal to get him off their wage bill and he will officially become a DC United player on July 10 when the MLS transfer window opens.

Rooney will make his debut four days later when DC United open their new new 20,000-capacity Audi Field stadium against Vancouver.

Other Prem clubs eye up move for Dragovic.

Prem rivals on alert to join Leicester in Dragovic race

Premier League rivals are on alert to swoop for Aleksandar Dragovic after Leicester dithered.

West Ham, Brighton and Everton are keeping tabs on Dragovic, who was on loan at the Foxes last term.

The Austria international, 27, made 16 appearances on loan from Bayer Leverkusen.

City had an option to sign him permanently for around £15million.

But they have since signed Jonny Evans for £3.5m on a release clause and looked at potential other new defenders as well including Solomon Kvirkvelia of Lokomotiv Moscow.

The player himself has concerns about his lack of opportunities under boss Claude Puel following Wes Morgan’s return from injury but wants to stay in the Premier League.

Cardiff set to sign Bobby Reid?

Cardiff are set to win the race for Bobby Reid, writes James Nursey.

Bristol City attacking ace Reid,25, has just one year left on his contract at Ashton Gate.

Relegated West Brom tried to sign him earlier this month but were unable to agree a fee for the ace, who scored 21 goals last term.

Now the Bluebirds have come in with a £10million package of £9m down and £1m in add-ons.

They have been given permission to speak to Reid who is undergoing a medical in Wales today and is poised to join Neil Warnock’s squad.

FORSTER FACING EXIT?

Sky Sports News understands Southampton are prepared to listen to offers for goalkeeper Fraser Forster this summer.

The former England international, who signed a five-year contract last summer, endured a difficult season and has not played for the club since Boxing Day.

His team-mate Alex McCarthy signed a new contract at St Mary’s yesterday and Hughes is planning for life without Forster.

But Southampton are seeking competition for McCarthy, and have turned their attention to Manchester City goalkeeper Angus Gunn, who spent last season on loan with Norwich in the Championship.

Top pros..! If that report is true I hope nobody comes in for them and they have to go groveling back to their parent club.
