You may joke, but we actually had a batch of 'Harry Redknapp' T-Shirts made, weeks before he buggered off back to P*mpey: http://www.t-shirtsforgoalposts.com

Not a great business decision, given his lack of loyalty in the past! At least the Le Tiss one's are ageless!

lmfao, thats funny!! I heard a guy in a bar in Portugal recently explaining to a mate how touchy the portuguese are about their heroes, then he turns round and he's got a ronaldo t-shirt on, the "ronaldo"s been photoshopped out and replaced with the word "C*NT". I want one, maybe you could look into it? ;)

Roma are my 2nd team & I'm pretty sure Fioranelli hasn't given up yet although its been going on for weeks, much like the Saints takeover. This is the decisive week for him & Roma. Either way I'm 99% sure he hasn't got any involvement with this takeover of Saints.

I understood Fioranelli (FIO Sports Group AG) was the front man for Roman Vega's group (when they tried to take over Bologna) and I'm not convinced that Vega doesn't have anything to do with 'our' Swiss group....so there may be a link, albeit tenuous, there somewhere....

Not heard of this Roman Vega, i was under the understanding that Fioranelli was representing the Flick family. I haven't really followed it with as much interest in the last few weeks tho due to being glued to this forum so i could be wrong!

According to an item on Radio Solent at 5.25pm (Tues) the deal may be done later to night, otherwise early tomorrow. If it happens tonight it will be on BBC South TV news at 10.30pm.

Expectation is that the member of the Leibherr family will remain in the background and that a group of people will be appointed over a few weeks to run the club - as Randy Lerner has done at Aston Villa.
