Flatters to deceive. Gets himself signed and can't match his promise with repeated performances. He's no boy anymore and should have found his level for playing regularly rather than chasing for a club every summer.

any manger managing liverpool and barca shouldnt be deceived so easily should they..

maybe he is lacking in attitude or something. Didnt someone make him cry at Liverpool in front of all his teammates?

I think it was in some Liverpool player's autobiography a while back. IIRC it was Robbie Fowler giving him grief for something. When you're a French teenager who's just moved to England, that's the last thing you need.

Anyway, this is the guy who played on with a broken arm and finished the season wearing a cast during matches.

Sometimes managers just look at a video of a player or get a report on his attributes and say yes please. I think skacel for us is a good example of inconsistency - played well under Burley for Hearts, but not for long enough for GB to realise he was inconsistent. Vignal was along those lines. He hasn't played for that many number of clubs for any other reason than inconsistency. He'll end up with a couple of man of the matches in the prem but probs also score about 8 OGs!

His Daughter went to nursery with mine in Whiteley when he was at Pompey, nice bloke, think he strikes a nice all and think he is confidence player and playing for manager who wants him like Mcleish will do him well,

Antonio Valencia hasn't seen that much of the ball on the right recently but he seems to have the beating of Birmingham full-back Gregory Vignal down that flank. Credit to the French defender, he sticks to his task and eventually stops the Ecuadorian winger even if it is at the third attempt.
