The9 Posted 21 September, 2009 Share Posted 21 September, 2009 I'm a fan of the Boom Boom Boom too, it did get a muffled outing in the Northam on Saturday, hope it catches on, better than bloody Pigbag "duh-duh-duh-duh " which wasn't even original when we nicked Palace's Andy Johnson chant to use for Dexter Blackstock some 4-5 years ago. Eastcowzer Posted 7 October, 2009 Share Posted 7 October, 2009 Anybody know the tune from the '60's by 'The Rivingtons', and the 'Beach Boys' 'Papa oo moww moww' new version: 'Papa Waigo go, Papa Waigo go' It has a good beat and not too difficult to learn. It might be suitable. Perhaps the moron in charge of pre-match entertainment, and thinks that everybody is deaf, could play it if was requested. The9 Posted 7 October, 2009 Share Posted 7 October, 2009 "Boom Boom Boom" is still my favourite. The "One Papa Two Papa Three Papa Waigo" Macarena song (with dance) was being done by an associate (!) of mine last night and was the gheyest, funniest thing you'll see... ...and "Here Waigo Here Waigo Here Waigo" is quite clever - way too clever for the Rear Northam Pigbaggers. Then again we got all the way through "We all dream of a team of Perry Groves' " last night.

Please repost, in the knowledge that the brilliant "Rory Delap Rory Delap when he runs his ears go flap" became "Rory Delap Rory Delap (repeat ad nauseum)" and we can't get a decent Lambert song started basically because there are more than 2 lines to it... though I don't think username signing the songsheets helped its credibility much either. The9 Posted 8 October, 2009 Share Posted 8 October, 2009 when he scores,p.a. to play papa's got a brand new pig bag, by pig bag The irony of this is not lost on me. It is the one simple song that would actually be good, if we didn't already use it for any other player who didn't have a song. Even this one could possibly be saved if we "Pa-Pa-Pa-Pa"ed instead of the "Duh-duh-duh-duh"ing, just to make it even slightly different to the one for Saganowski/Lambert/Blackstock etc.
