If our game at Hartlepool is called off next weekend...

My guess is it'll be off. We're working in Hull at the moment and it's bad here with more snow on the way, and it's worse further up the coast. With a little ground like that it'll be hard to get the pitch playable, even if they get the roads sorted, which they still haven't.

Forecast i saw earlier today said snow and freezing weather would continue all week.

BBC forecast for Friday not so good temperature not to get above -1 but no snow

Unfortunately forecasts cannot be relied on, and constantly change, so I'll just keep looking daily.

I just hope if game is called off they do it early, as getting up at 5am to get train up Saturday

If it's true that the 1st XI are not flying to any away games now, presumably a go/no-go decision will be made on the Friday morning before they are due to set off from Southampton?

Which won't help the fans who have gone up there, but may save a few wasted journeys.

No. No reason why a decision will be made before the team set-off, look at Hartlepool's home game Saturday just gone against Yeovil, was called off at 1.15pm. Think they tend to wait as long as possible to ensure that if there is any chance the game can be played it is, only tend to call it off when they're 100% certain its unplayable. I'd be surprised if its called off Friday, but we'll see.

They flew to Carlisle I think (or at least they flew to some airport nearer to Carlisle than Southampton then got a coach the rest of the way).

I'm up in South Tyneside and we have had a bit more snow last couple of days, but not much really...though it is ******* cold. We were forecasted a bucketload yesterday but it didn't arrive. Hopefully it stays the same till Saturday, really looking forward to this one.
