The obsession is off the charts.

I suppose that if you are upset by people writing about Trump you could always not bother to read a thread called the Donald Trump appreciation thread.

It’s a no brainer isn’t it?

Im just not sure what SOG gets from it. The relentless crusade is a bit weird. We can all see what he’s saying and doing on the news we don’t need updates on a football forum every 30 seconds. We know SOG thinks he’s a moral crusader but it’s not even like he’s trying to convince everyone the blokes an absolute chopper, we pretty much unanimously agree. Does he want everyone nodding in agreement commending him on his posts?  Can’t help but think it’s attention seeking, as usual.

He’s got his inverse in Ralph, who also posts the whole time for attention and to provoke. TBH I’d rather these politics threads didn’t exist on here but a lot of forums do seem to have them.

Exhibit A - their responses to each other in the Starmer Years thread.

I’m not the only one who posts on these threads. There are plenty of other people who post about Trump. As for attention seeking, that’s a bit rich coming from the forum narcissist.

A search didn’t give the posting numbers but says that the most frequent name on the thread is hypochondriac. It then mentions badgerx16, Shurlock, Whelk, Sadoldgit, Turkish and Jonnyboy.

Pretty funny that you’re calling me the forum narcissist again when people were giving you that title before you even came on my radar. Seems like there is only one narcissist on here and it ain’t me

His Gestapo is getting into the swing of it it seems, all kicking off again today in Minnesota.

Is that the same as the Obama Gestapo? He used Ice and deported Millions, but it is interesting no one complained. CNN even supported it when he did it. It is called TDS.

So, after firing a third head-shot into a non-threatening mother, ICE has now murdered a nurse.

Thugs dragged him to the ground, took his legally held firearms from him, ran away with it, then shot him multiple times at point blank range.

The US en masse needs to wake up to what's happening to it.

I’ll just leave that there.

As for posting about Trump, we are watching him turn the US into a totalitarian state in real time. If you are not concerned about what that means for us and the world’s security, you really ought to be and I am not going to apologise for commenting about it.

Careful mate, some idiot will be along shortly to tell you that you're obsessed, or have TDS, or argue some false equivalence re Obama turning people back near the border.

It's bewildering that people expect others to keep quiet about what is happening on Trump's watch. Hopefully the US will wake up to it, but I suspect it'll get worse before it gets better.

It seems pretty clear that there's as much obsession with you as here is with Trump.

The focus on the personalities - you're at is as well - rather than the topic, does the forum no favours at all and is boring af.

Your FACTS are as reliable as Trump's. I bet you believe he didn't say "Iceland" 4 times in his Davos speech, that Renee Good was aiming her car directly at the ICE agents and they had no choice but to murder her, that NATO troops stayed away from the front lines in Afghanistan and/or would never come to the aid of the US, that the US inflation rate is 0%, and that Obama wasn't born in the USA.

Whatever it was, he was left with nothing in his hands, and had his arms aloft. He was then taken to the ground. He was no threat when he was shot.

Farmer does, Badger does, Whelk does, I have etc - but he’s blatantly a troll as is Nic. Best not to react.

The issues you raise - we agree on 80% of them - but the domestic ones like Alex or LD, come from a single ideological angle. Trump and America is different, that is appalling, but lots of posts on a football forum won’t change the situation. Whereas not investing or spending money with Trump allies, or cancelling work trips to the US, that will impact.

Correct, but the point applies equally to the vast majority of issues discussed in here. Our thoughts on Burnham standing, for example, won't have any bearing on whether he does, and what then happens if so.

It feels a tad odd that the irrelevance of an individuals view is given less weight on one particular when the reality is that it carries no real weight on most others.

Which of the links shows people being attacked in their cars, kids rendered unconscious, us citizens being shot? My understanding - I may be wrong - is that Obama's crackdown was largely near the border returning people back to Mexico. I'm certainly not aware that ICE used the kind of tactics we've seen recently.

How can somebody so consistently show themselves up as a complete ignorant twat as often as you do ? I'm not sure how you do it, but I suppose it might just be your Super Power. I suggest you find a way to contact Professor Xavier.

Your "actual points" are not debateable because they do not make sense, ( though I suppose they must do to you ). Anybody trying to deflect criticism of Trump by claiming Starmer is as bad 3 tmes in one post, is clearly two sarnies short of a picnic. How can any sane and capable person respond to the 'point' that the  Labour Government knowingly and deliberately let terrorists and rapists into the country ? This is plainly an Islamophobic trope.

Granted, you are the undisputed forum king of not answering questions, though Sir Ralph comes a fairly close second.

More accurately, if you approach Federal Agents with a phone in your hand you risk being shot.

It’s incredible isn’t it. We can all watch the same news report and see a man helping a woman who is being pushed around, knocked to the ground himself, pistol whipped and then shot several times, but will find something else to be offended about.

P.S. I have been on this site for nearly 20 years and for most of that time have had multiple posts, not just 3 posts a day. Also if I posted for attention why would I have not renewed my membership at times. But why let the facts get in the way of a good pile on?

So, as a law abiding citizen and knowing that US law enforcement are armed, would you turn up to a place where they are doing their job in arresting people, block them,. harass them and on top of that be in possession of a firearm? Please do not come back with your usual BS about 2nd amendment rights etc. The fact is, if you know the USA and its law enforcement, you would stay away, not interfere and certainly not be carrying a gun with you to a so called peaceful protest. Think about it.

Cue mental mickey and his LOL emoji, which is OK for him to use on all my posts but wrong when I use even one, and cue all the other libtard retards saying this and that. My statement above is again totally correct and factual. So, I will not be drawn into any silliness.

Let's try and discuss this rationally.

Whilst carrying a gun in those circumstances might be judged to he foolish, foolishness is not a capital offence. The NRA, and several Republican Congressmen, have come out and said this was his lawful and Constitutional right.

Minnesota is an Open Carry state, therefore having a pistol in a 'small of the back' holster attached to your belt is entirely within the Law. The authorities are saying he threatened the agents with a gun: he didn't. The gun was holstered behind his back, he was holding a phone and videoing the agents. Seven agents approached him, took his phone, then pushed him face down to the ground, where at least three of them knelt on him.. One agent removed the pistol from the holster and carried it away, thus disproving the "threat" claim. Another agent, after a few seconds more, then shoots him in the back and neck.

Nothing more than murder. He was unarmed at the time he was shot, and with at least three people kneeling on him could hsrdly be judged a violent threat.
