The stupid people really need to wake up, the conman is conning them. Again. “The Art of U Turning - My Life as a Prime Minister.” The new book by me, Sir Kier Starmer, due to be released next week (or maybe the week after, or maybe next year or maybe I won’t release it….crap what should I do) Edited Thursday at 09:17 by Sir Ralph

I agree with your point about politicians generally. You can call out Farage for U-turning (if that's what he has done). I haven't read his most recent policies or the feedback on the policies so cant say if that is what he has done. The point being is that there are lots of defenders of the current Government on here, who will happily point out the issues of other politicians. In terms of u-turning Starmer and Cabinet are top dogs and worst offenders, so criticising other politicians (which you can obviously do) needs to be seen in this context. As the saying goes, first take the plank out of your own eye and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from anothers. I'll look forward to your critique of the current Government's next u-turn on this basis. Edited Thursday at 11:28 by Sir Ralph 1

Like we both said, all politicians do u-turn unfortunately. Are you seriously taking the line that in one year of Government, the Tories u-turned more than this Government in its first year though? Really? I'm happy to be proven wrong by the way. Every Labour U-turn after Starmer reverses welfare cuts | The Independent Edited Thursday at 11:35 by Sir Ralph

Yet another charmless and ignorant post from a poster whose opinions started “woke” in the UK. Given that you still get nocturnal emissions dreaming about Margaret “Hatchet Face” Thatcher, perhaps best stop referring to women (that wouldn’t touch you with a barge pole) as “9 Pinters.” Anyway, what are you doing here? Should you be out hanging St.George’s flags from lamp posts with your buddies? 1

These reporters can still print whatever they want sbout the council, they will just not be talking directly to Reform members. There are still the opposition councillors to feed them stories, and there are bound to be 'well placed sources' leaking information from members of the majority or officers, and all Council minutes and decisions still have to be released into the public domain. Keeping their nutters out of the spotlight and muting their bleatings is probably in the public interest. An attack on free epeech would be to try to impose an injunction on these news outlets. Are you saying the old boiler on the left (not the one with the bazookas), is a potential 4-pinter?
