I, and one other poster on here who I won’t name, have seen some pretty compelling evidence to suggest that we could indeed go to the high court and take out an injunction to stop the final and challenge the outcome of the arbitration appeal. Take it you'll be withdrawing this claim soon 🙂 Nice wind up though - well played.

MB Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Think everyone accepts it’s happened more than the three we were charged with, so wouldn’t be surprised if other stuff comes out. if you’re a championship rival the first thing you are likely to do is try and go digging to get us docked more than 4 points we have already.
S-Clarke Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago All this patting themselves on the back stuff stinks tbh. Southampton Case Commission Issues Strong Warning - Gilson Gray 4

S-Clarke Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago First confirmation I think I've seen that Pannick was in fact representing us on our appeal hearing. English Football League v Southampton FC

No disrespect to the other 2 but we may may as well have had Mr Bean representing us Got the big dog in too late and that’s totally on Parsons Whole thing totally avoidable Fuck off Phil Edited 1 hour ago by MB 5

SaintsLoyal Posted 51 minutes ago Posted 51 minutes ago Who is going to tell Dragan Solak, that Parsons is not up to the job ? thats my main concern that Poundshop will just arselick his way to continue, like he did with the first statement put out. I think we will need to make a clear as season ticket holders that we will boycott renewal until there has been the right clear out to go forward. Its not just about spygate there are blatant others things that shouldnt of happened that he was responsible for. I hope by now theyve employed a crisis PR management team as people like Jordan SIbley are not up to the job atm.
