I quite like: - Negroni - Dirty martini (gin or vodka, 4:1, 1 olive brine) [got to be cold as Gibbo] - Champagne, of course - Sancerre - Sauternes - Tokaji - Skin contact ribolla giala (lovely Slovenian orange/pink wine) - Azul - Lagavulin / Laphraoig - Blantons single barrel Edited May 28 by benjii
