Dave Webb… Still over 800 tickets left for this (mostly in the Chapel next to away fans as usual). Should get close to a sell-out but thought they may been snapped up by now. QPR sold theirs, hopefully a much better atmosphere than the Bolton game. 4

That player was a beast in the youth and reserve sides and then disappeared! That's a blast from the past. Wiki says he banged in 21 goals in 31 starts for Casertana in Serie C, 2011, and had 26 spells at different clubs after leaving us... There must be a documentary in there somewhere..

I think if my parents had picked a joke name that everyone else at school was going to make fun of, and had to live with the same joke my whole life, I’d be pretty fed up too. 2

HKsaint Posted yesterday at 00:58 Posted yesterday at 00:58 We will climb up to auto if we win vs QPR, and Swansea lose vs Blackburn, Hammers draw vs WBA and Wolves draw or lose vs Cardiff.

Not sure about that, if West Ham draw we'd need to win by 6 goals to go above them. I think Swansea, Wolves and Middlesbrough will all win so we need to keep up with them. There had been talk of QPR injury crisis last week but their 5-0 win means there can be no complacency with that
Football Special Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Recent good form looks to have helped ticket sales, with a full away end will be good to get back to 31k + attendance if we can sell remainder in the Chapel end https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/news/article/limited-availability-remaining-for-qpr-clash
SouthWalesSaints Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Payday tomorrow for most people. I’d expect to shift a fair few tomorrow and it should sell out.

Just had a look on the OS, there's a number of mostly single seats scattered around but still over 350 tickets left for the Chapel block next to the away fans. This part of the stadium just doesn't seem to appeal does it - I've tried it once since the re-jig but won't be rushing back. It's predominantly the family stand, nothing wrong with that of course, but for fans that like something a bit more industrial that end of the stadium inside and out in the fanzone area is a bit too tame maybe. Itchen North or Kingsland North corners just about right for us. The good thing about only being members where you can move around a bit.
SouthWalesSaints Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago We’ll sell that out tomorrow. Shows what a brilliant job Tonda is doing imo. Second season in the championship and we’re on for third home game in a row being close to or a sell out in the home end.
Baird of the land Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago i'd like to see Princewill on the bench. not convinced by idea of dobbin up front in this sort of home game. i
