and this lot were in the Directors Box (no sign of Mr Burns again)

The Mayor & his good lady are in the front row. Again LM & LC are in their own private box and not in the directors area. Not sure that there are any new faces (don't know and can't guess who the chap who is behind the lady who stands between David Jones & John Mortimer) Anthony Salz is definitely not there (again).

Couple of interesting ones are the Indian guy behind John Mortimore and the guy in glasses to his right. Also Nick Holmes in Leon's box.

All IMHO

The guy in the glasses, next to the Indian guy looks to me like Nick Vaughan of Paris, Smith and Randall. He is a senior partner in their property department and a great guy who I've known for years.

I assume he's dealing with the sale/purchase of the St. Mary's and it is to be purchased with Indian money??

Morph, do you happen to know the names of these fellas? Not in the context of any buy-out, obviously, just from a pure identification perspective.

Is that a good thing if the stadium ios purchased away from the football club.To me that is a disaster as all the revenues the stadium brings is taken from the cash flow. We then pay rent and only get to play at the stadium and the corporate events etc are creamed off.

What a way to wake up on a Sunday morning!! Haven't we suffered enough!!??

Thing is Lowe wouldn't be the top man. Tom Scott is a reasonable guy (from what I hear from the few Guernsey insiders that I know) and would probably do the club proud. If Lowe's role is only minor I don't think there's much to fear.

Plus I think Mike Richards would be a good bloke for chairman.

I wonder if Rupert and Tom Scott plan to buy the stadium and lord it over the club.

Hang on a minute, you may have hit the preverbial nail here. Maybe, just maybe, this was Stewperts plan. Disolve the PLC, and just buy back the bits that interest him ie Staplewood and Jacksons. Um!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought, months ago, that Jackson's Farm was significant in somebody's plans.

It still wouldn't surprise me.
