Can you share those comments so we can see what he said because I think all I remember him saying was a vague platitude about how he will appoint his shadow cabinet when the time comes. What did he say that shows he was taking people's comments seriously?
-
Try owning your choice then. You want Corbyn, you get Diane Abbott as home secretary. Own it.
-
So what are you saying? Vote Corbyn and we might get someone else as home secretary? In other words, vote Corbynism but fingers crossed if he wins it might get watered down. You might as well vote Tory.
-
Tory majority of about 60. Labour will grow their vote share driven by the "pile it high" strategy they've employed, touring round already Labour strongholds, preaching to the converted - 10k turn up at a rally in the north-east? What a hero. Easier to pile on 5k votes there than get similar numbers of votes to try and swing an actual Midlands marginal where he goes down like a bucket of cold sick. UKIP will troop to the Tories and May will have an easy-ish night despite a complete balls up of a campaign. She will prove just how easy it is to beat Corbyn. Lib Dems will be looking for a new leader on Friday. Being that 20% of their parliamentary party will have already been leader it'll be a pretty narrow pool.

It's definitely racist to say she's an effing moron.

With VVD it did feel like we'd hit peak CB but Toby felt pretty irreplaceable too. I'd like to think we are replacing both VVD and Gardos/Fonte to give us four front line CBs so that gives us two goes to get it right - a £8m ish one and a £15m ish one who I would like to think is Samedo.

Choosing Liverpool over City and especially Chelsea feels completely insane to me. Why go to a second tier elite club when he could go to a real one? And selling yet another player to Liverpool is something of a gut punch to Saints fans yet again but not a surprising one. Oh well, we have a fine record on recruiting centre backs so here we go again.

Austin's missus has come up with a "simple misunderstanding but with HILARIOUS consequences" cover story so implausible that it wouldn't be out of place in an 1980's sitcom starring Windsor Davies and Nigel Havers. Fair play to the honourable members of this forum that have swallowed it. The papers fair enough, it's just a bit of clickbait churnalism but hats off Saintswebbers.

I've no idea where you get this reputation as a insular computer game geek with absolutely no grasp of human behaviour.

Blimey. It's pretty obvious what that tweet meant. There is only one type of cheating that would result in a tweet like that. The fact they have kids explains why she quickly deleted it.

It's sickening how every other club in the League has four or five 20-goal-a-season strikers to hand and here we are are with none. Just get two in FFS it's so easy Les FFS etc etc.

SWEEPSTAKE ALERT - Puel departure announcement timing - all welcome
CB Fry replied to CB Fry's topic in The Saints
I can only apologise for wasting everybody's time with this. -
So you're not saying he is poor but anyone saying he is good is basing it on nothing at all. Glad you've cleared that up.
-
If Tuchel was such as great coach then why didnt those players like him?
-
This is all jolly fascinating but absolutely nothing to do with the topic I was addressing. People can want Puel to leave, as I do, but they can do that without being a tw at about it and sneering at how he can't possibly be a good coach when his career, including a highly respectable year in England, proves that he is clearly competent at worst and excellent at best as he has been in France. I want Puel to leave but that doesn't mean the children on this forum can come out with snidey horsesh it about "if he was such a great coach..". He clearly is, on any measure, anywhere.
-
All the players loved Steve Wigley and Stuart Gray. What's your point. Whoever we get in to replace him I could n't give a flying fu ck whether the players "like" him or not. That's the approach taken by the managers I admire in football.
-
Are you twelve years old? You've never seen coaches at managers who have had success at one club/country/level fail at a different one? How long have you followed professional football? The very fact that, despite his issues around language and inspiring the fanbase, he still took us to a cup final and into the top 8 is proof enough that he is clearly at very least a highly competent if not excellent top level football coach. Just so fu cking childish how pathetic people are being about him on here.
-
If they released that statement your fu cking head would explode.
-
How many of the eight minutes between them being called, arriving on scene and shooting the perpetrators did the police spend getting permission from the Prime Minister?
-
A million times this. If only LVG had James Beattie as his assistant this forum would be all over it.

The point is it is Labour party policy to renew Trident, not "his policy". As not a fan of Corbyn at all, at least he has stuck to that party position against his own personal opinion. So, he's backed down in the fairly tame environment of Labour party executive committees, let's take that up several hundred notches into the theatre of war and facing the actual MOD, the actual armed forces chiefs and actual real life decisions. In this pointlessly hypothetical situation that the Question Time droolers were blathering about, any dithering by Corbyn would be overruled by his defense sec, the MOD and the rest of Cobra/War Cabinet/whoever and BOOM BOOM FU CKING BOOOOOOM THERE GO THE GOOOOOKS YES YES YES YES
-
I think I can comment as I see fit and seeing you pontificate on principle was mildly amusing to me when you were too gutless even hold a point of principle about a pi ss y little football shirt. If you want to quietly sh it your red and white pants about nuclear war with Corbyn in number 10 then crack on. In reality it will make fu ck all difference. It's in the Labour manifesto that Trident will be renewed and it will be. We'll have it and that will be that. Viola, deterrent. No Prime Minister in our lifetime is ever going to press the red button, not May, not Corbyn, no one. You get your rocks of by politicians waving their cocks about over the red button when in reality none of them are ever going to do it anyway.
-
What am I avoiding you nutcase?
-
The club got what they wanted = your money for a replica shirt. I imagine you wouldn't press the red button yourself because you'd object that it wasn't red and white striped so therefore you would oh no, it's fine, he's pressed it.
