Crikey! Do you even need to ask that question?? Yes please!! Him and Lescot please ... hey, if we can land Sinclair, we can dream about Lescot too!!
-
Brett Ormerod, that's who we're missing! Running, energy, would have fitted the pressing style ...
-
That did make me laugh too. Have to say, I was delighted when we signed Boruc, but he's getting better and better and will be/is becoming a cult hero. I have some weird man-feelings towards him ...

This is the best thing you've ever posted!! It is so true, we've all got them and that conversation is spot on - attention seeking morons. Phone your real friends and talk to them, don't attention seek.

It is complete rubbish now. It's basically for kids and office workers in low-paid jobs to d*ck around for the day or dress up in their best festish gear pretending it's "wacky and for the poor kids in Africa". Yes, the original concept was brilliant and that first evening with Lenny Henry was good. I'd go as far as to say it's the best thing Lenny Henry has ever done actually. But now it seems to be on all year round with annoying "celebrities" doing something most of us would love to do (who would love to climb K2? Who would love to row the Zambezi? etc.) and we're supposed to give money because they've done it?? I'm not sure what's worse them, or the complete divs that come round pushing a cake trolly dressed as a clown wearing a nappy full of treacle just because it's "wacky"?? No, I'm not paying for you to have a w*nk in your fetish gear at work and eat your sp*nk cakes, sod off.

Can you get rid of the stupid video adverts? It's bad enough on the Daily Echo site which is why I no longer visit it with the stupid video adverts, but I don't need them here as well.

Nigel Adkins to take Southampton to tribunal
Patrick Bateman replied to Only1Northam's topic in The Saints
This thread makes me laugh. No one knows the details except them. IF Adkins isn't getting what his contract states he is entitled to, then fair enough. However, as he was sacked, his contract may actually be worthless - just as our's would be if we were sacked - presumably for something along the lines of underperformance. No one knows what's written down and what's been agreed, typical mincer-board rubbish being posted by many. -
Just to reiterate something again which I've said before - I will not be going back to a windows based lump in the neat future. My company pretty much made me use a MacBook Air. They also gave me a 27" Apple Thunderbolt monitor. There is absolutely no way I will ditch these in the future to go back to Windows, for many reasons; I have Office on my Mac, I have Outlook on my Mac, it's faster in terms of boot up, app load and shutting down. It's lighter, it looks better. Whenever I have the misfortune to go back to a Windows laptop, I'm sat there cursing at it and hating the OS experience and also the trackpad experience. I'm actually leaving my company on Friday, so am handing it back. But I've just bought my own for personal use and also my new company are giving me a MacBook Pro (with retina display) to use at my request. My Mac does have a Windows VM, but I never need it apart from the one internal web-based app that is about 1000 years old and is IE only. I don't have the time to play games and it does everything I want and I feel, faster/better/smoother. But also, it's a personal opinion anyway as my younger brother totally disagrees with me - he plays games and won't come away from his Windows lumps.

Why embarrassed?

Ah okay, this one is different; http://imageshack.us/a/img600/4350/southamptontraining3dre.jpg I didn't look closely enough.
-
What are you on? They are EXACTLY the same, there is nothing new.
-
Then you scroll down that thread and see the same company doing a design for the new Anfield which does actually look really good.
-
Well, they were once this Island's top animal. They prayed on Deer and us - so yes, a great idea to reintroduce them, but with people getting all stuffy about Foxes eating babies, how will they cope with a big angry dog!? Personally I think hunting Deer should be more acceptable. If there are that many here, why is Venison still such a stupid price?
-
Why's it odd? He's obviously a positive role model and is the club captain for good reason! I think it's a good thing!

Buckler's Hard Beaulieu (village and motor museum/house/abbey) Brockenhurst Christchurch or further afield the Jurassic Coast Winchester (Cathedral, Round Table etc.) Tudor House (in Southampton - depending where you live, go on the Hythe Ferry) Exbury Gardens The historic dockyard (I know it's down there, but it is the only place I've EVER been there and it's good) Loads of places to take them too. Americans love Oxford - maybe nip on there on the train from Southampton Central/Parkway - direct on Cross Country.
-
Yes Billy. Get back to the NFFC forum now.
-
Some of these players have really come on this season, really impressed! Rowe and Seidi especially. Targett is good and I really like Turnbull who has lost his place to Forren. Forren looks very good tonight as I said.
-
Forren looks good ...
-
Well we didn't sing it very much yesterday and when we do, it's normally at 1000 mph after one slow verse.
-
Let's ask the Popes.
-
In the Bedford, people dressed as the KKK, when challenged, said they were Popes. Disgraceful racist supporters, who will no doubt be laughing about their antics and shown on Match of the day bringing shame on our club.
-
It does ruin the look. For someone who dresses properly, it makes him come over a bit, well, Kingsland stand. Personally I think he should sport a retro Mille Miglia.
-
You know it'll end up being something lame, my lame suggestion would be Morgan Schneiderlin, Schneiderlin, Morgan Schneiderlin, Schneiderlin etc etc etc. (Marian Pahars / My lord 'chant')

Good biographies on saints players/managers?
Patrick Bateman replied to ToreSF's topic in The Saints
Strachan's book was a good read, also Dave Jones' book. Razor Ruddocks was okay. Le Tiss' book was horrible. It was amusing in places, but extremely poorly written and almost a bit, er, basic!? I really enjoyed Roy Keane's the most, that is a cracking read.
