Doesn't fit with this season though what with the shockingly low points total from those in the bottom six - once upon a time the magical 40 points would be enough to just about scrape survival. With the lower points total at the bottom of the league, you'd expect a higher total at the other end....

Can anyone explain what Hamas Hamas's end game is supposed to be and why they continue to hold on to the hostages? Whilst they have hostages, Israel will continue to bomb, maim and kill with the backing of the US. Release all the hostages and that stops - maybe not, but if it continues after that point any International sympathy for Israel will disappear. I just can't see what Hamas are trying to achieve, but maybe I've missed something?
