Lack of fitness is a key result of poor training and management. Fitness leads to being able to compete for 90 minutes. This may help kickstart a bit of luck needed to get points. The players clearly have little confidence in the current regime and must be very frustrated (those that remember Poch training like JWP or have been at a top club like Ings) or not now any different (not bright maybe). They have to do as they are instructed- so do the instructions needs to change? Yes. I believe we have some good players who are underperforming. They are not world beaters- but with a wind of change could be nearer between 8-12th even his season, though I'd settle for 17th again on the basis that we can improve with the right set up. It's time the club's leadership did some proactive actions- sadly meaning yet another manager change + also re thinking our coaching strategies. We need someone with a clear vision and fire in their belly- and a modern approach.

Totally agree. The first two affect the last two. The first is critical! Surely the club still have the blueprint/videos from Poch's time at Saints and how he got them super fit!
