Why don't PL teams use the long throw more? Delap always unsettled the opposition, and this bloke is also a bit of a nuisance. You'd think more teams would have someone who could throw well, as an another occasional attacking option. It must be mostly just a matter of practice surely?

Don't know who the commentator on BT is , but he keeps wittering on about Yoshida being left- footed and having to cope out of position on the right! he also said we weren't very convincing against Vitesse. Personally I thing 5 nil is pretty convincing?

So is it that celtic want to keep their best players to make sure they qualify for the champions league proper, but once they're in the league bit don't care anymore because they know full well they have no chance of winning it ... The parking STs haven't included cup games for about 2 seasons at least ..... They did at first. Nowadays you have to ring and book for a cup game at extra cost. Maybe recently you've just got away with parking in your usual place unofficially

Not received my parking ticket yet. Has anyone got theirs? i rang the club a few days before the Vitesse game to ask if there would parking available for that. Was told only the operations manager knew, and to leave my number so he could ring me back. He ididn't! At the same time they said parking STs were due back from the printer and would posted out in a week or so from then, ie before now ... Hence my asking on here.

According to the media, the FA talks of Ward-Prowse as a future England captain. Various respected football figures rate him, eg Steve Bruce compared him to Beckham, and Hodgson has said he sees him playing for England one day. Maybe some of the moaners on here need to reconsider how good their judgment is? Just because he doesn't run like a headless chicken or tackle like Roy Keane, does not mean he isn't a top player in the making. He is our best passer of the ball already, and may develop into a really top player, or , yes maybe he won't , but at the age of 20, he looks pretty promising to me.

Thought Hugo Schecter was basically just the players' go-fer, and surely he's Jody Scheckter's son, so certainly not Scottish?

In my experience, some IT genius will kindly tell you about various bits of software you can download to make it work on your iPad ... but it just isn't worth the fuss. I just use a PC/laptop instead.

I've been trying to use the telephone booking line. 10mins of muzak, then a recorded message saying all operators busy and it cuts you off. That's happened to me twice. I think demand for tickets must be pretty high, so am pleasantly surprised that the prices are low.
