Mostl of the Northam on sale for Wallsall + Block 1
Saint-Fred replied to dune's topic in The Saints
I was totally disgusted by a section in the top of block 42 and I am sure they drove a lot of their own fans not to sing second half. Waving their season tickets as they went up to their seats. Singing "sit down block 43" Shouting at that block that "your not the northam" when they dared to sing "we are the Northam over here." Singing "Nigel Adkins red and white army- we hate plastics" Are some of the examples...A bunch of total ****s who if they want to support a club that gets small gates they should **** off to Bompey as St Mary's would be a better place without them!!! They are so petty they will sing against their own supporters-even if they were there for their first game, who cares welcome to the fold and come back soon! To be honest I was fuming that our own supporters would do that sort of thing. Anyway block 42 was **** on Saturday and the Kingsland North consistantly outsung them..Probably as those knows were more interested in abusing their own. -
Well done Deppo. You sorted them! They have changed the stats since last night and now it reads 1 game since a win!!

It actually is a reflection on their poor home support. If you have a crap home attendance all the other teams in the league are handicapped by having to come to your crappy place and it affects the away teams average away attendance. Seeing as the blue few never get that crappy home attendance in their away stats their away average is boosted! If you don't get what I mean look at the premier league as Man Utd are bottom of the away attendance stats as they never get the 75000 boost to their average that every other club got by playing at Old Trafford!

Saint-Fred replied to Thedelldays's topic in Saints Away Supporters
Yeah that's why I asked. My mate is on the same coach but getting on at ST Mary's. His ticket says 8.45 same as mine which is for a Ringwood pick up! -

We are on that one!! ...thought it was the coach stop by the car park..but not sure what time? any idea's? -
Have you been through all the stats for every club yet? All the teams that won yesterday have a 0 against number of games since a win... I can't make my mind up if you are on a wind up or whether you really think you are right? Can't you change your letter to be from league 1 fans instead of anything to do with Southampton as I don't want to be associated with a letter which is making the fans of that club look a right bunch of numpties! I don't see why you can't see that what the stats say are correct? Number of games since Saints won a game is 0. The number of games since Brighton won a game is 0. The number of games since Bournemouth won a game is 7. The number of games since Saints lost is 8. The number of games since we had a clean sheet is 0. The BBC are correct and you shouldn't send this letter as where are the "thousands" who have complained? IMO you are really in danger of making all Saints fans look like fools!
-
Have you considered what having 8 in that box means? It mean 8 games since we won! Which isn't right Also if you look at the Brighton stats they have a 0 since a win too! so much for an agenda..Actually there stats are right and it's the same for all the teams.. Have a look at Bournemouth they have got a 7 in there as they haven't won for 7 games!! I think you've made yourself look a bit daft there!

Most bizarre thing I have ever seen written on here for a while I think...Not sure if your location is right but you sure do speak out of it!

Why did Bradley Wright Phillips get a standing ovation FFS?
Saint-Fred replied to Turkish's topic in The Saints
There are a few ex players I wouldn't spit on if they were on fire but I really don't see the harm in clapping the majority of ex-saints who play us as they leave the playing field to play no further part in the game. Are we so bitter we have to hate everyone who leaves the club or do we show a bit of class, acknowledge ex players and the fact that they were once Saints (and who possibly wish they still were?) -
Lambert set up two today..Barnard scored one and we won! Why the inquest?..we can't change them now..Get behind them and stop over analysing everything..That's NA's job. COYR

However, Mackail-Smith must first avoid injury himself on Friday night, when he will play for the Posh against Bristol Rovers before joining the Scotland squad in London ahead of the match at the Emirates Stadium. Hope he isn't too distracted...not

Saints sign 21 year old Dale Stephens on loan - official

Oldhams top scorer this year! Doesn't say a lot for their strikers I suppose -
You could be right ..Looks like the away stand only takes a max of 2200

Surely with them desperate for cash, a 19k capacity stadium, an average home attendance of only 9k and a top attendance being the local derby of 14k they are not going to turn us down for more tickets if requested...

If we win on Saturday: Good for Saints, Bad for Bournemouth
Saint-Fred replied to jawillwill's topic in The Saints
Next year don't turn up for every second match where you won the first. That way each win in the first half of the season will be worth 6 points! Now who said there was no such thing as a 6 pointer? -
Excellent...Hope they move our kick off time so they can all play in both games?

Beattie, Puncheon And Whoever Else Playing Tonight!?!
Saint-Fred replied to dannysfc's topic in The Saints
Bet Holloway wishes he played his first team against Villa now..They could do with the points! Their only chance is that 5 of their last 7 games are at home. -
Bit off topic but did anyone realise the Wales/England game is on the same day as we play Plymouth away?

Off off off off....COYR!!!

"love it if we could get that 2nd spot, but dreading the playoffs," Would be great to win the play off final though wouldn't it? If you could guarentee winning them everyone would rather go up via the play offs than 2nd place surely? Relax- the fixation with having to have everthing now and winning today is what spoils the enjoyment- occasionally you lose so what? We had 26 years where more often than not we dodged the bullet of relegation so it's not all been bad as a Saint supporter..enjoy the ride and the play offs if thats where we end up!

I tend to agree with this. We struggle against those with poor records as they don't come looking for any result other than a draw..Even Brighton didn't turn up looking to beat us. Walsall would have been made up with a draw on Tuesday. Are Sheffield going to turn up looking to play us off the park? No they will park the bus and hope we don't get an early goal. Brighton and B Mouth away should be good games where they look for a result and it could go either way. If they park the bus at home against us I think it will tell us that every team perceives us as the best in the league..Somehow I think they won't and they will fancy a game of footy and their chances of beating us. I think it will be a good end to the season..... For the positive thinkers...The result at Walsall may in fact mean on the last day of the season they come to us with nothing to play for rather than needing a point to stay up..so they may not park the bus in front of goal that day!
