Bad enough that matches are constantly changed for UK TV channels but do we really move them for foreign broadcasters ? You may be right but I've never heard of this before and hope it's wrong !!

Looks like it's Saturday 25th and not on the telly ! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/fa-cup/scores-fixtures

If he was half as good as he thinks he is, he'd be twice as good as he actually is

Saints 2 Huddersfield 0 - Match & Reactions Thread
eurosaint replied to St Chalet's topic in The Saints
A good result (in the cup, all you have to do is win) by our reserve team ! Played like a bunch of strangers, which they basically were ! Highlights were the two goals from the nippers but not much else ! All regulars apart from JWP have had a good rest so there are positives ! A home draw again versus a lowly team will do nicely ! -
All about opinions but I reckon that he has always had the ability and lack of concentration and positioning were the negatives ! He is actually very comfortable on the ball and his distribution (see Ings goal v Spurs) can be very good also !
-
Have always been an admirer of Ralph and only wavered slightly (never wanted him sacked) but I think we all realise that he was making some bizarre team selections, formations and subs for a while ! It is no coincidence that since we have had a settled team with players in their natural positions, our fortunes have risen dramatically ! Whether he has had help from within or he just woke up and smelt the coffee, none of us really know but something definitely happened, thank you Lord ! COYS
-
I think he'll make wholesale changes and deffo McC, Bert, Bed, Arm, Red, Ing, JWP & Jenny will be rested ! I know it's risky but the above mentioned have worked their butts off and need a rest to push on for mid table security ! TBF, our reserves should be too much for a struggling Terriers side !

I'm guessing that he's a bit fitter than you were ?

Valery and Obafemi out, Long a possible, all others fit and raring to go ! (says Ralph in his pre-match interview) -
All about opinions but I thought he was totally inept !

I’m guessing that he is taking the p!ss

A coalition of losers, interesting prospect, how could it possibly go wrong ?? -
TBF Hypo did say it was unlikely that you would listen
-
SOG, I actually agree with some of your points but fundamentally disagree on others however I do respect your right to have a differing opinion ! Although I have been very forthright in some of my responses, I assure you that it is not in any way personal (obviously I don’t know you anyway) ! If we ever do meet, I suggest that we stick to talking about Saints or footy in general
-
I'm sure that you are a nice chap SoG but if you truly mean the points in bold here, you are either completely delusional or in total denial ! Difference of opinion is one thing but you really do have to accept reality before making changes in order to move forward. If Labour sticks to it's extreme left wing policies, it will be toast for many years to come ! I'd be happy to see the bulk of the party split from the Momentum mob and form a separate 'centre left' group and rebuild from there ! All governments become more accountable with a decent opposition but Corbynism is not the answer, this is not just my opinion, the country has spoken loud and clear (if you are actually willing to listen) !

The backlash is hilarious Everything from the "system is wrong", the people have been "duped", the "media are against us" etc, etc, etc.... Hell, my (waspi) wife would have had a cheque for £20k in the post by now had Jezza gotten in but I still refused to vote for him ! Went down the pub last night, talked about Saints, Chelsea, even Brentford, it was nice to get back to reality, in fact Friday the 13th was a great day !
-
With any system there will always be winners and losers ! The post mortem tends to highlight those unwilling to accept the reality of it ! Anyway, let’s agree to differ, I’m off down the pub
-
Must just be a coincidence then that the losers bring it up after each election !
-
Im not surprised, you lost the last four elections:)
-
The losers in the Scottish referendum want a re-run ! The losers in the EU referendum want a re-run ! The losers in the 2109 election want to change the electoral system ! I think I can see a pattern emerging here.....
-
Real bad news for the SNP then (whoopee!) as they got 45% of the vote and 80% of the seats ! Wee Jimmy Krankie is very adept at using percentages when it suits but when you bear down on actual numbers the message falls apart ! 2.2 mil voted to stay in the UK in 2014, 1.6mil voted to stay in the EU IN 2016, not that you’d ever know it when you hear the rhetoric of the SNP !
-
Just for the record my ‘will of the people’ comment was directed purely at the Lib Dem’s for denying the referendum result ! I did not say that it applied to this election !
-
43.6% https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election/2019/results

A principle widely ignored by remoaners !
-
I’m afraid that’s what you get when you blatantly defy the will of the people !
