    Budget

The media frenzy wasn't about the policy per se, it was about the Tories reneging on an election manifesto pledge.
  7. Which reminds me... Why on earth didn't Vardy get retrospective action for his 'deliberate' stamp on Virgil's foot? The inconsistency of the powers that be is baffling.
  8. Cheers for the insight. Try this: if he can't tell you what the new kits look like, simply ask him to tell you what they *don't* look like. That way he can't get into trouble...

  12. # Devil's advocate klaxon # Someone who did it on purpose might do that too, in order to try and make out that it was an accident, ergo, checking the 'victim' is OK straight away afterwards could mean it was either an accident or deliberate, i.e. inconclusive regardless.
  13. Now 1% ahead. Come on Gabbi!! Need to get Arsenal fans voting....
  14. Was just about to mention that. It's quite clear from this footage: https://twitter.com/foulthrownet/status/839068784224784384 that Ibrahimovic was trying to stamp on Mings with his trailing leg. Regarding the Mings stamp, its impossible to tell 'beyond reasonable doubt' whether Mings intended it, so quite why the powers that be have different 'proof' criteria to a court of law is beyond me.
  15. Nominated for PFA Fans' Player of the Month... Get voting chums: http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/10794683/vote-for-februarys-pfa-fans-player-of-the-month-in-the-premier-league
  16. Hope you reminded him that's mainly because the football club is only 5 years old, having jettisoned their debt with the liquidation of the previous football club that played at Fratton Park? Or, Selective Memory Syndrome as it's sometimes called...
