You don't smoke do you. The worst time is after a few beers as willpower goes out the window. This will stay with you for years and years. I know people who have given up for 20 odd years and still say they fancy one after a couple of beers...I managed to give up for about 18 months, but got tripped up by beers.

Agree with all of these bar Phil Parkinson, he relegated Charlton and had plenty of time to turn them round. They actually got worse under him and I am surprised they kept him on. Also, Chris Hughton? Can't exactly say he's only just started having an input on that team. He's been caretaker manager on and off, plus was Asst Manager for ages too.

The best laugh I've had at the expense of the club! If it hadn't of cost so much money, it would have been even funnier. The fact that it is rectified and we now have a fantastic statue befitting for Ted and his family, makes us able to laugh at that episode even more. I just remember some of the comments on a site when it started to hit the fan, like: Kim Jung Il: Why you make statue of me? You think this funnee? You pay. Gold. Pure gold.

To be fair, I think it was just a bit of banter - not malicious in the slightest. Those same fans gave him a standing ovation when he came off (which he deserved). Don't know why people want to take all the humour out of footy. As for the player, I was more impressed with him in this game than I have been all season. Workrate and pace were fantastic and looked composed at times. The offsides are frustrating, but as already pointed out, not all were valid.

I've read loads of that site before. These guys are brilliant, they send scammers to different countries, get them to handwrite books and one even got some to re-enact the 'dead parrot' Monty Python scene, record it and send the DVD! Outstanding stuff.

Brilliant, the Blue Few must been ****ting it evertime this chancer opens his gob. If he doesn't invest in the team and keep them up, he'll be eroding the infrastructure! Building foundations?! I'd be surprised if Gobern gets anywhere near the 'quality' of Carlton Palmer. He got alot of stick, but was a decent player for us and a good few teams at the top level and played for England (albeit under Taylor). If Gobern ever plays for England, I'll eat a jester's hat.

Unless he's a right-winger, I find this strange. His profile lists him as an AM, surely Lallana is best placed for this position?
