I have been on Ops and had a 'spare bag of 30' (just in case we lost a few), easy enough to get hold of in operational theatres. Normally they would be 'disposed of' either properly or by unit treaty, and never bought back to the UK. So it's not really that unusual for a Special Forces soldier to be in a situation where he aquires extra ammunition - actually it's probably hard for him not to do so. Either way - good result tonight.

Some of you may well have seen stories in the press with regard to Danny's story. Basically he has been sent to 'Colly' for being 'in possession' of weapons and ammunition after returning from Operations. Special Forces soldiers are a breed apart who do a great job in very difficult circumstances - this one seems to have drawn the short straw though. Totally agree - he looks, talks and portrays nothing but positive vibes. I have no problem with relegation, if truth be known, I welcome it. I am already bored of the premiership, rarely even bothering to watch that many games - I take it Man U / City or Chelsea are winning the league - ummm that's a surprise then. Much as I'd like to be in the champions league making a fist of it, I think our true level is championship making a fist of it - and there's no shame in that.

It matters not a jot to me - in fact I expected it from day one. As for us playing well - that's a matter of opinion. We can't continue to 'play well' and lose - relegation is no shame, but doing worse than Derby would be highly embarrassing.

Positives. ummmmm.... positive we threw two points away, positive we will be in the Championship come this time next season.
