I actually found the whole article quite funny. Not that I condone throwing things at players - but really - that article was printed in a so called professional news publication...!!! His girlfriend was shellshocked - really - how did that not make Sky news. He's getting grief on Twitter - really. My brother is an ex Army Medic, although he only did a couple of years in the ranks (Cpl I believe) before training as a Psychiatric Nurse and gaining a Commission - finished up as a Brigadier, last post was Commander Med in York I think. He's out now, flirted with local politics for a little while, but I think is now happy to live on a little part time consultancy, supplemented by his pension. No a regular at SMS, but takes in the occasional game when my dad is fit enough to go sometimes.

I agree. But one thing that you have to remember is that the people at the FL are not fools. Fans at PFC can bleat all they like about their last succession of owners - but it is not really the FL's fault. Do you honestly think that for one moment that the FL would have passed any of those owners if better options were on the table. The bottom line is that, for years, they have been unable to attract any creditable owners and as a result have had to take what they got. It is not the FL remit to find them owners, in the circumstances they have cut them an amazing amount of slack. If the FL is guilty of anything it is not having them wound up years ago due to lack of creditable owners.

Park the bus - take a point - decent result in the circumstances.

Bit p i s s e d off, really could have done with getting the 3 points today - another chance to capitalise on a rivals poor performance missed. But, give that we came from behind, sounded like we had a good second half - guess I'll have to be happy with a point.
