Whilst I agree with your points about who has done what in order to try to make a difference to the current Saints predicament. I'm afraid that MJ was / is the archetect of his own downfall. When you consider the posts and claims that he has made here and on the AFCB site, you can hardly blame people for doubting his work ethics. A good facilitator MJ may be - but perhaps he would be wise to stick to that and let the professional football people concentrate on the more important issues.

Forget your Sweet & Sour (although probably apt given the current predicament at Saints) I think you'll probably be inundated with more questions now. Interesting though that the Echo appear to have got that one wildly out of proportion as well. Just goes to show the quality of some of the information that we are trying to decypher at the moment. I have been very critical of MJ in the past and I stand by all that I have said, however I appreciate that his heart is in the right place and his intentions are honourable. That said - I really do not think that he is the man for us.

Bear in mind that Mr Fry is trying to do in two months, what previous execs and board members failed to do in 2 - 3 years, find a suitable buyer for the club. Let's cut him some slack eh?

A rather blinkered view - you could very well be correct in your assumptions. With a little more perspective though you might, just might, have deduced that it is not most peoples fear that we might not get taken over - rather, we are worried, by whom. BTW - If you are so sure of your stance - please feel free to enlighten us as to who will be taking us over and when - you could probably alay the fears of lots of 'silly little people'.

It is said that 'no news is good news', however in this particular case I am not so sure. Either the NDA's and confidentuality clauses are maintaining a 'water tight' seal on information reaching the public domain, or the quality of bids thus recieved is not sufficient to act upon. Given that one bid is from a well known 'businessman', I fear the latter.

Depends which door you use though....!!!
