They were grossly mismanaged for more than three quarters of a season. Never doubted they care, just needed a proper manager to organise. Oh and Alex McCarthy helped. A lot.

Alongside a capable, dominant centre half - not bad. Alongside a slow, cumbersome, error prone Dutch Aaron Martin, not so much. Looked OK alongside Yoshida for latter part of last season, bearing in mind he'd just been thrown in to Prem football. Really don't think he's the worst of the current two - not by a long chalk.
