Fergie, Wenger, inthe same situation (and thet have both been guilty of playing some "second" team players in cup matches they have gone on to lose) would not have made Hollie comments. Something obviously got to him on saturday, he was obviously very annoyed at something. Other managers would have taken it on the chin, praised the oposition and left it at that.... But Hollies outburst has only damaged his own reputation. Just a little crack, can bring a whole dam down.... Perhaps the stress is getting to him, and he is beginning to show it, perhaps it just happened to be us that got his spite.

Going on those stats, Manure only have a 50% chance of winning on the day. And considering that there are only 2 teams playing (discounting the ref. who is often a Manure supporter) that would be right.

Holloways sense of homour went that way.

To me £10mill is a huge unthinkable account. To SFC it may be a huge amount, however to NC. In his budgeting for future it may just be a large amount, and in the area where he can not depend on it. We just don't know the budget NC is dealing with.

From The Independent. Simply Aresenal will be forced to sell to buy AOC from SFC as they want £10 million with half up front. Please close if old news. Personally just think paper filling couple of lines. But just reporting it.

Mrs LS and I believe NA is the right man for the job too. Different style to predessors but we like him.

Exeter reject Brighton bid for playmaker Ryan Harley

I'm all for people making speculative speculations (is that English) this forum is based on total fabrication alot of the time, at least this poster has based his speculation on a price of fact (the offer rejection) and has stated he is not ITK or in receipt of any dodgy info. More power to his elbow. Just the sort of speculation all footy supporters make. Let's have many more. -
You weren't there with Portaloo et al then. Then we had low crowds and almost felt lonely. Now in a division lower we are averaging about 4000 more....

Did people watch the whole match or just the bits in the boxes... Guly was central to our play today. His link up play was lovely to watch, his dropping off play and pulling defenders with him causing holes in their defence was class... So he missed some half chances that some of our other forwards wouldn't have been fast enough to get to in the first place. Class player, Not MOTM but close to it.

Eventually made it at 10.30.... some cracking cars there... bitterly cold, but a good morning.

There are only 2 real questions to this debate. 1. Is planet earth undergoing a period of increased global temperatures. 2. Does mankind have any 'real' influence on this phenonenum. 1. Yes. 2. Some scientists say YES ... some scientists say NO .... And some say I DONT KNOW. Whatever the answer alot of people are making alot of money promoting YES, and alot of Governments are raising taxes and screwing their votors on the back of it.

Isn't it strange that 'MOST' people who ride Harlies seem to look complete kn@bbers when they do so. Have you ever ridden one, What a load of antiquated scrap iron. I like classic bikes, but the Harley seems to have been designed by Brunel out of the same steel they made the Great Britain out of. The Great Britain had a better turning circle and better brakes as well.

Nigel Farage's Christmas Message To The EU Bureucrats

If so I believe we should have a ban on left wing drivel as well to be seen to be politically correct. -
They tend to line up very straight across the back, but i think the all black kit will have go.

Leftback is Maggie Thatcher ... theres a thread on it on The Lounge

The PL are paying the relegation payments whereas the FL are paying them nothing. The FL are not as totally ball-less as the PL (well not quite) so there is more of a probability that if pushed hard enough the FL might take some action.

As many people have said before me, when she dies they are going to make her grave large and flat with flashing lights. Then we can all dance on it. She did more damage to this country than the Luftwaffe. And manufacturing and engineering in this country will probably never recover. -
Matt Tubbs (ex Salisbury) seems to be knocking them in for a pastime at Crawley, hatrick the other day. Pity they couldn't keep hold of him.

I see that McLaggon scored Salisbury's first two goals last night in their 7-1 win over Halesowen. This now puts Salisbury 2 points off leaders Truro with a game in hand. As a lot of you know Salisbury were managed very successfully by Nick Holmes until last season. But when Salisbury failed to comply with ever dot and comma of a CVA they were doted 2 divisions. They had to sell most of their best players and are now in the Zamarretto Premier league when last year they were in the conference premier. I know some of you guys and gals have a soft spot for Eastleigh. Are there anyone out there supporting Lower league club with Saints connections?

Personally I have to agree with those who think KD has been below par all season. Not shocking, but not up to the high standard he has set over the last few seasons. Bart has indeed made a few 'shockers' in the past and will deo again in the future. Lets face it Dino Zoff or Gordon Banks were not infallible. Perhaps maybe it is time to give Bart a bit more of a chance. Remember NA unlike us has not seen Bart over a few seasons so is not 'hampered' by his past form and only has what he has seen this season to go on. It is perhaps a bit of a gamble. An old trusted previously reliable player reaching the end of his career, or a young player with something to prove. Thats what being a manager is all a about. Personally I'd go with Bart, but thats what this game is all about opinions and gut feelings.
-
Guessing..... but perhaps there are DNA on both sides, and NC is hogtied as to what he can say. However that is old news and to be honest isn't it time we stopped picking at the 'scar tissue' and get on with becoming serious premier league contenders.

Oh yes they did... Oh no they didn't .. Oh yes (etc) sorry seasonal post over.
