I think what has occurred is a division of two vocal cvamps with opposing views and a not as vocal group in the middle who are waiting for some facts before they make their minds up.

Agreed. Many fans seem to be like news papers. They dont let the facts (or lack of them) get in the way of a good story. At present we know nothing bapart from innuendo and rumours from scum papers with an axe to grind or from fantasist fans. As to facts from trustworthy sources we have virtually none. We know that AP was sacked, we know that NC has said he hasn't got anyone immediately lined up as replacement. That is virtually all.

I hate and loathe the place. Go straight to the restaurant grab a newspaper and sit there with countless free coffee refills. MLT and me have one thing in common, we both have a love of SFC. However MLT and I are both like every other poster on here, our views are moulded by our own personal experiences, and agendas. Please read his quotes, and all posters opinions, and then make your own judgements on them based on your knowledge of any supposed 'feud' with NC, whom his paymasters are (and their current feud with SFC). And likewise any 'spin' that could have been accidentally or deliberately put on those quotes (and quotes they have failed to report on) by the reporting News papers, including local rags.

Some people have the Harry system when it comes to buying players. Just buy more and more and maybe win a couple of things but ultimately he destroys the club financially and you end up with a huge squad of overpaid players that you then can't get rid of. This is no way to prudently run a club. We would all like more better players, but that is not always the best way.

I believe you will find that there are a breed Of pigs called Hampshires and a breed of sheep called Hampshires. He was Alful yesterday. Butterfeild on his runs up the wing passed first time usually with accurate dangerous crosses. Puncheon tried to pass players(badly) then either lost it or passed to the opposition. He was an absolute joke yesterday.

Was there today as well with Mrs LS and Wes summary spot on. Agreed was a lovely service, special mention to the academy player who read poem very clearly, must have been very nerve wracking in the circumstances. After service was stood outside with others when David Bick (the media chap) approached and thanked me for coming. Never met him before, but it was a nice touch and I take it, that is to all those who attended.

I would fully agree that sometimes I'm a bit slow on the uptake. But didn't AA's brief in court make a point of how the current players were fully entitled to vote for the CVA as they were 'owed' by the club and this helped him obtained his 75+% he needed to keep the CVA. So how come these exact same players are "acting like children" now they want to stay and get the money they voted for and he was more than happy to recognize as rightfully theirs?

Any of you legal bods out there know the answer o this please. The documentation handed in prior to the case, and at the commencement of this mornings hearing. Is that admissable evidence which can be used by the judge without being raised in 'open' court. Or must it be reffered to in court. Because there is no jury, I'm guessing that whatever is in these documents will be read by the judge and used or discarded when he comes to his final pronouncement regardless of whether they were actually spoken or reffered to in court.
