If i get a season ticket i'll pay £328 i think. But if i pay every match Ill pay over £500. So because I am poorly paid I am being discriminated against, by an extra £180+.

No installment plan... Well that is totally bonkers and just screwed me (x2 if you count Mrs L/S). I suggest a mass e-mailing to thre club to complain by alll those (and I guess there are many) who are going to seriously struggle to pay for everything up front, Let alone those poor s@ds with kids to pay for as well. 90% of the british public wont be attending the games. I cant imagine how 54 million people will manage it some how. All the seats will be taken by british and fpriegn politicians on free gidgees. A Lancia Beta from the 70's thats not a pile of rust... I'm a 70's Ford man at heart (Dagenham dustbins before anyone else gets in) but Lancia certainly knew how to design a car back then. That twin cam in the Miafiorri was a lovely lump, made its way into many Cortina's and Anglia's. Gearbox was a bit fragile, but was 5 speed long before Ford even knew that many gears existed. A 'real' car, with soul. You must be gutted to see it go.

Just a suggestion but... The season has now ended, so it could be a good time without any other distractions for manager and chairman (maybe owner, but I think he is happy to leave everything to NC) to get together and discuss how the season has gone and all the pluses and minuses from that. And to then plan out the strategem for next season. Transfer funds etc. etc. Wednesday could be just the usual after event debrief and planning for next year. Just a suggestion mind you.

I'm guessing these are the more intelligent of the blue few because they can read and write. But even then they appear to have no real grasp of the situation they are in or the reasons they are in this position. Either that or they dont want to know. One of the posters on there tried to bring some sanity to the discussion saying that they didn't have any money, and he was had a go at for not understanding. Bizarre or what?

From my extremely simple view of the EEC debate :- I think people are confusing things (some politicians deliberately so). There is/was the EEC a conferderation or group of trading nations And the EU a political/legislative/financial Union of nations. Whilst most people would agree that a Trading confederation is a good thing, few want all the political integration and lose of Country identity/indepedence apart from an 'elite' group of politicians who can see it as the ultimate power hungry/gravy train that it is. If the British people were granted a referendum on an EEC and a seperate one on the EU , I believe they would vote for a trading agrreement but not this full on rush into this political union.

Politican is code for 'a person who knows what the truth is but will do whatever it takes, even lying about anything just so they can keep their snout in the trough'. Poli-tics is described thus:- Poly = many Tics = bloodsuckers.
