Griffo, is spot on with what he says, the only problem,I would have is his age.[31]
-
The best goal I have seen all season was David Connolly versus Norwich at St Marys[right behind goal as it curled in top corner], so that has to be the best moment as far as I am concernrd. Signing RL and JF comes a very close joint srcond.
-
Since when has anything or anybody linked to the tories, ever told the truth. That said I hope AP,is given till at least christmas.
-
Did he touch the ball in the game at St Marys, I certainly do not remember him doing anything in the whole 90 minutes.
-
What another pointless thread.
-
Are people on here incapable of staying on a particular thread. What has Neil Shipperley go to do with David Hirst. I already know they both played for Saints, and are carrying a few extra pounds. Then I am sure some of you on here, will tell me I have answered my own question, If you do you will totally be missing the point of my question.
-
David Hirst was a class finisher, who if it was not for injuries, would have probably won a medal or two at Manchester United.

I am sure everyone on here who thinks Lee Hughes deserves to be playing football and making a living, would take a totally different view,if it was a close relation of theirs that Hughes had killed by drink driving. Surely that particular crime should be followed by at least a life sentence without parole.[Just my personal opinion of course]. I believe the poor guy he killed was only 59, not that it would matter if he was a lot older, the crime is totally despicable.

The name Brian Stock, keeps coming up on a rumour site[Would be good], and heaven forbid the return of Rasiak, has come on the site today,as another rumour. -
I just hope we hammer Bournemouth twice in the league next season, but I would not put money on us winning at Dean Court, unless we add a bit more steel to our midfield.
-
Our final away record record against the bottom 7, after todays result is Won 1,Drawn 4,Lost 2. Obviously an area ,we have to put right if we want to go up next season.
-
Thought I'd share some Saints related info....

Nice report thanks.Personally I think RL and JF will definately give it another year, and if we go up,will give it at least another year on top. -
Antonio - Will he be a saint next season..?
corsacar saint replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
Was this thread not meant to be about Antonio. -
Poor first half, only livened up by two brilliant goals. Second half,we probably should have been 6-1 up,by the time they scored their second. All credit to Carlisle for coming here to play football, and not putting 10 men behind the ball like Oldham in mid week. For the record, I think Antonio was M.O.M,and it was a pity he was taken off,as he may have scored a hattrick. Also, strange substitutions by AP today, exactly the same as in the JPT final, when the substitutions gave them fresh heart, and they did today as well.
-
If Carlisle defend as badly as they did at Wembley,we will score a hatfall.

Rickie Lambert
-
Not a hope in hells chance of West Ham going down, with Burnley and Hull in the premier league as well.
-
Even the Oldham site says the blatant handball should have been a penalty.
-
Might be a nice guy,but he has to go alongside- Thomas, Lancashire, Gillet, James, Forecast, Otsemibor,Perry and maybe one or two more.
-
Just one of those nights,we did everything but score. The referee was just about as bad as it gets, how he missed the blatant handball around the 70 minute mark, only he knows.

RIP
-
We have ML, who cares a dam about that pompous, self righteous prat RL.
-
What planet is Tokyo Saint on.[Rickie has been terrific in league 1, but few players could match MLT in his prime].

Andrew Davies, back from Stoke, if he could stay fit, and Niel Danns. -
Is Daryl Flahavon[ not sure on spelling], the ex Saints youth keeper in goal for them. Hope he has a mare, and we beat them comfortably.
