Perhaps we don't want to be in a position at half time where the Mancs effectively "declare". My view on the GK situation is that KD has been a good servant,and we need the cheque book to replace him.

When he starts putting in "championship" standard creative performances then that will be the time to get excited. Austin might be a good signing with potential to play at a higher level. However I think we need more than just a goalscorer if AL is out for a lengthy period. We need a creative player as well.

Although I like the sash, it is a commerorative kit, and expect/want the traditional stripes. The sash as a home kit might be in for a return in 25years time for our 150th year.I hope to still be around to see it... I'd also dearly like a season or so of our Keegan kit again. Sash as an away kit, good idea, but in amber(or yellow) and black.
