Who cares? We're obviously fed up with him consistently giving major decisions against us wrongly or inexplicably and are trying to avoid having him as a ref.

Basically, we think he's a **** and we clearly think he has not reffed our matches properly. We are trying to ramp up pressure on him I guess. I think it is utterly absurd that he was kept away from Goodison Park for so long. He is either a competent ref or he isn't.
