  1. Unfortunately not possible, SG has been loaned out for the whole season with no recall. Another genius move by Reed.
  2. And put in some damned good crosses.
  3. Not completely, unfortunately.
  4. I know revenge is dish best served cold, but isn't that taking it a bit far?
  5. Yes, let's hope the first leg isn't a blowout (either way), so that they have everything to play for in the second leg (unlike our match, which should be a dead rubber for them).
  6. That's the final nail in We're Bottom Again's coffin.
  7. Something like this would be nice: https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/international/brazil-match-brawl-nine-red-cards-abandoned-video-vitoria-bahia-a8217456.html
  8. Mane?
  9. If one of our relegation rivals had done this I wouldn't be having any fun. Quite the opposite, I'd be worried that they'd finally sacked an appalling manager who was almost certain to take them down, and replaced him with someone with tons of PL experience and who actually knows how to manage.
  10. Understandable, but if so, watch him play the kids against Wigan (and in the semi-final if we get that far).
  11. I'm curious how you came to that conclusion. In his disastrous time here, with a decent squad, he's shown himself to be a completely talentless manager, out of his depth, and not very bright (to put it mildly). Nothing wrong with that, plenty of ex-players have no managerial ability (even some greats like Bobby Charlton). He should use his ill-gotten millions from us to retire comfortably, and maybe open and run a nice little cantina somewhere in Spain.
  12. Yes I read that and it is a bit of a worry. But, unlike our dearly departed moron, I'm sure Hughes will figure out the mistake very quickly if he does stick Redmond out on the left (and Tadic on the right).
  13. Dear God, no more. With the clown gone hopefully Redmond will be on the right, or on the bench.
  14. What's stupid is not sacking the clown months ago. I'd have preferred Pearson, but I'm delighted we now have a manager who is very experienced, and above all not a drooling moron who's as thick as a pile of bricks.
  15. Yes, I'd be surprised, and delighted, if Pearson walks back in.
  16. "They don't have clueless owners!" Oh yes we do.
  17. I reckon it wouldn't be difficult to prise Pearson away from his little Belgian club.
  18. His initials are M.P., and his first name is Mauricio. He's a mid-forties Argentinian with nice hair who managed an unfashionable club in La Liga. Well, that apparently was what got him the job in the first place.
  19. Nigel Pearson. Bring him home.
  20. Far too big a gamble, it's clear to anyone with half a brain that the clown is so out of his depth that relegation is almost certain with him in charge. Even if there's a replacement who isn't available until the summer, the only logical thing to do is to put in a semi-decent caretaker for the remaining matches to give us half a chance.
  21. Uncanny resemblances!
  22. Even if it is, by then it'll be curtains for us too.
  23. He's probably getting prepared for a penalty shoot-out as we speak.
  24. At least the captain went down with the ship. Those two bastards will ride off to a cushy job/retirement in Benidorm and Canada after we go down.
