I doubt it is possible to finish 11th with 60 points the arithmetic seems wrong to me If we get 60 points it is likely that we will be higher in the table than last season
-
Who ****ing cares what the stupid fans say SFC have done well in the last five years so should be supported
-
That is probably not true as vplayers improve especially if they continue to play with the same team mates Boufel and Austin will probably be better than last year
-
Not sure many of our players would get into a top 6 team and play regularly do you. We are a provincial club which is performing the best it has in the 55 years or so since I started following them despite not having that many top class players who I saw when I was younger. Like Terry Paine Ron Davies Martin Chivers Peter Osgood Kevin Keegan Dave Watson Mark Wright Alan Ball Alan Shearer MLT .

You may well be right but I have never found out the wealth of Markhus and Katharine despite searching the internet I doubt they were/ are billionaires because I have never found them in a very rich list but of course I may well be wrong. Where do you get your figures from

Liverpool is one of the great teams of English Football the other is Man U it is not surprising that players want to go there. If he does not want to play for us he can **** off and lets get someone in who wants to play for us There is no point not playing him we all now knownow he is not a decent bloke and has no loyalty
-
You can sign 2 but have to release 4 - Who goes?

Strange then that Targett was in the England U21 Squad and McQueen was not Getting rid of a good youngster makes no sense -
Just because he is right it does not make him negative

I don't think we would bring in another RB so I would keep Pied but I agree with your other ones Maybe Austin if we were to get a top quality striker or Forster if we were to get a top quality GK -
Brexit will be a disaster for two reasons. Firstly it makes little practical sense. And secondly, the government we are landed with has neither the leadership nor ability to deliver anything.
-
Yes it is the way it works bigger clubs usually come out on top. Liverpool is a great club with a proud history in the CL so I think it is a team for VVD to aspire to play for. We are a biggish club with no proud history in the CL but can crap all over clubs like S****horpe
-
Nothing for workers in the Taylor Report; nothing for citizens in the Repeal Bill; nothing for the environment anywhere. And Henry VIIIth clauses -'The Minister will have power to do what s/he likes'. What *exactly* is Brexit going to do for us? Maybe some trade deals (sometime) with countries at least 5x further away than the furthest part of the EU - the US, Canada, Australia - with the increased transport costs. Come on Brexiteers - what good things are we going to get?
-
Neither do I If I was a footballer I would rather play for Liverpool than Southampton But that said the players do have contracts to play for Southampton
-
Me too but if I was him I would jump at the chance to earn more money and play in the Champions League wouldnt you It is just a job to Ryan after all
-
The strange thing about the Paul Hart rumour was that he was actually in Cortese's office at the time the rumour started somebody who worked at St Mary's that I know actually saw him but 2 + 2 sometimes makes 5 Not sure the player in question is in Les Reed's Office
-
How come you talk sense about football and bollix about BREXIT
-
Membership of the EU kept the UK socially, economically and politically broadly in the centre and with safeguards on the environment, food hygiene, workers rights and technical standards. The benefits of membership are overwhelming, the benefits of leaving are a pipe dream based on political dogma. Was it a coincidence that the vast majority of leave MP's were and still are right wing Tories? That should say it all, this is about furthering their vested interest and naked English nationalism.
-
All very underwhelming at the moment hope it changes soon
-
Things are not going that well are they as Fears for UK economy after weaker-than-expected growth reports Drop in manufacturing, construction slowdown and widening of trade deficit knock pound lower against dollar euro So when are things going to improve or perhaps the economists were right and BREXIT will be a economical disaster
-
Totally agree a great night and a great performance from Ken His brother was on teacher training at our school in 1962 just before I moved back to Southampton and he told me to look out for Ken
-
You must be joking if we don't get in at least 3 PL standard players we are going to struggle
-
Surely you are not saying BREXIT is a **** up ?
-
Why do we need him?
