  1. just to clear it up, it was Wilde and co who got the sell on clause taken out when we needed money before they left. At the same time they also did the same with Theos clause
  2. Can anyone recommend someone who does Fire risk assessment for a commercial retail property ? Ta
  3. The valuation looks a bit suspect, you would have thought the Trust had put forward that valuation. It would be interesting if BC put an uppage clause in the contract. Eg if they go on to increase the amount of housing extra is paid per property above that stated.
  4. if only you had thrown in a few golfing stories and it would have been more believable
  5. IMO the Trust dont want the club they want Fratton Park. If the club was paramount to them, they would have let FP go and found somewhere else to play.
  6. I always wondered why the players only do a half day and then go home to lounge about and get bored. I do understand about fatigue etc
  7. No danger to those at Fratton park then
  8. it still shows they are not running on empty
  9. good one lol
  10. I was not Frannies greatest fan but it is not right that he is belittled so on here. He gave his best and whilst he drove me to distraction he is still a Saint. If £500 is low to hire a celeb for a few hours, it shows how pathetic our society is desperate to be in such a persons company.
  11. whats this poets friggin corner?
  12. well I assume the civil service after all they bring up the rules regarding care etc etc
  13. 30k for cleaning windows and keeping the garden in good condition!! who did that work a PL footballer as a 2nd job
  14. It would be great if a club want NA's services so much they will pay his compo to get him earlier. NC could string it out for months. I hope NA gets a good job and salary
  15. It is not about the poor, it is about dysfunctional people who should not be allowed to keep a spider let alone a child. it is not about wealth IMO
  16. without a doubt the idea would not happen, and seems pretty tough and a bad thing to do. On the other hand is it fair to the tortured individuals who are brought into the world and never know the meaning of true love and affection growing up in the family home. Some people do not deserve to haver children. I was staying in peterboro last week and was walking out of the town centre on the most bitter evening. A young mother was pushing along a small child 12-18months, the mother was wrapped up to the nines and the baby only had a baby grow on.What future has she got?
  17. nasty bunch aren't they. There again i recall under Lowe how a bunch of our fans went around o peoples houses in a threatening nature.
  18. the thing is, if you give him another 3 years it makes them even more desperate and have less to lose the next time. Iam far from a lily livered liberal, but i do feel very sorry for a lot of those lads who have never had a true family life. Some are bad lads and whatever you do you cant help them, but if my dad had been murdered when i was 6 years old i may have been very screwed up. Society needs to try and stop disfunctional people having kids. I didnt think it was cushy, every minute you are out of the cell you are under threat of severe violence, with people who really do know how to handle themselves, and used to fighting a lot of their lives. A very dangerous environment to be in.
  19. Is there a way of watching it?
  20. she can stay being a Chelski fan thanks. Of course when we are in CL and there is a chance of her being on the telly she might then remember her roots. As for Ewan Thomas I'm pretty sure he is a MAn U fan
  21. I think they believe they are the Masons as they want to be so secretive
  22. When he phoned to say he was going to give her a load on the face, I bet she regretted rushing over
  23. Perhaps The MP who is married to/partner of who is a taxman has a conflict of interests. Surely he should put her straight on how much the club has robbed the exchequer . I wish our MP,s when we we were close to extinction had used their sway to help.
  24. Amazing that a few on here were at the game away. It was the first away game I ever went to, my dad took me and my brother on the Saints supporters club coach. Not many saints f?ans there on the night, it was before segregation and tickets. We stood with the WHU fans on the side of the ground, I was 10 . Jenkins goal is something I will always remember, I remember how seemed to beat the whole team to score, and then Greaves got a very soft penalty to get a draw. A lifetime memory being with my brother and dad.
  25. the media always like to rock the boat. No doubt their freinds Fat Sam and Pardew are happy to unsettle our club.
