One of the best defences in Europe, 5th in the table, exciting to watch, 3 players picked for the England team, this impressess me more and proves it's working? Perhaps. My company started a Behavioural Safety Culture change 4 years ago, all about talking to each other, currencies and NLP. a lot of mumbo jumbo, but it is led by two guys with no safety training who used to work on the tools. Cost the company 1/2 million to impliment, and another 250k to keep going when construction companies were going bust and people were being laid off. When we started our accident/incident rate was 3.9, (we injured 4 people in every 100) and had been for 5-6 years. The olympics were congratulated for having one of 2.6, for the same period our was 0.006. But in answer to your statement about Mayuka, Ramirez, Forren and Osvaldo, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. And success doesn't come overnight, it still took us 5 seasons to get where we are.

Cortese no longer a signatory for MALI
Secret Site Agent replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
No, you are thinking of Marcellas Wallace, who was the top gangster and carried his soul around in a briefcase. He turned to a life of crime after playing up front for SAINTS alongside his brothers Danny and Rodney in the 80's. -
Cortese no longer a signatory for MALI

Didn't she make her money in the recycled HP printer cartridge business:lol: -
Got to be honest, it should be the cotext and location that determines wether you stay or go. AND this should apply to all, Fans, Stewards, Police, Players as well. Been a few times i've heard the Old Bill and Stewards giving out a curse or two. And as to on the pitch, no matter how much of a T or C the ref is, should be a yellow card for calling him so. I always remembered playing rugby and causing a free kick. I said 'Oh, FFS ref.' And he moved it 20 yards forward. 10 for swearing at him, and 10 for disrespect and not calling him Sir. Football is a business and you can't call a stakeholder a C - U -Next - Tuesday, no matter how much they are. It affects your bank balance, and profitability.

What a load of W*&*. Utterly, utterly terrible. I enjoyed AL, i think he did a fair job tonight. J-rod, not so much. ho hum. alot of questions to answer after that. Roll on Germany and a 2-1 defeat,(after a great goal scored by SRL from speedy cross from AL).

Don't we want him then?

Yep Fair play to them. That is the way to engender yourself to the general public, more than 1 million quids worth of advertising. And Jaffa Cakes are cakes. -
The Top Ten Conspiracy Theories - If You Believed One Of Them
Secret Site Agent replied to Gemmel's topic in The Lounge
One of the things that I was taught before I built stuff was that the best way to hide a truth was deep in a lie. That being said you can read much into many of the conspiracy theories given. One example is the Roswell/Area 51 conspiracy. Make the populace think it's home to alian technology so that when they see a strange shape in the sky - it's a UFO, Not a Stealth Bomber/Stealth Fighter/test bed aircraft. Also the moon landings. (this is an example) Fake the moon landings to hide the fact that you have already been to the moon and constructed a moon base and nuclear missile battery there pointing to the USSR. Some of these conspiracies re-geneate for a reason, and it's THAT reason that is the biggest conspiracy of all. MI6, also known as the Secret Intelligence Service, didn't officially exist untilk a few years ago, yet Bond has been working for them since the sixties. And if you have MI5 at home, and MI6 abroad, how come we also have the DIS, The Defence Intelligence Staff, who may or may not do the same job? What of the mysterious secretive hidden pipeline that runs through the UK delivering fuel to governemnt instalations and airfields around the UK. It, and the Government Pipeline and Storage system not onl;y don't exist, but you can buy capacity from them for commercial purposes and they are trying to flog off the whole system to private enterprise. I could go on but there is a man at my door in a hat and dark glasses....no, i don't want to buy any encyclopedias.....what's in you hand...no I never told them anythi........... -
You are not alone in that Giordano. I ahve always maintained that I would rather watch a bunch of kids work their ******** off, and fail, than watch some of the prima donnas we have had in the past, and present, as you know the kids play with pride. I enjoy watching Rickie, and AL and J-Rod, not just because of bias, as from my team, but the pride, deligfht and enjoyment they will show, and the shift they will put in, cpmpared to the likes of Rooney et al, who will ALLWAYS be picked, and who expect to be picked, no matter how badly or without conviction they play. The say we have no real replacement for Joe Hart. Have they tried the Championship? as they have 3 ex - Championship, and ex-league one, Players in their squad.
-
It could be worst. They could have to go home to Pompey.
-
Hahahahaha:lol:lol:lol:lol:
-
Jackie Cork On. I would like to see more of Cork but who could you replace him for?
-
If you don't trust them, don't let them do it. It's you that is doing them a favour out of the goodness of your heart after all and you don't have to.

We've been good enough until now. We are the ones who stood cheering when playing teams like Dagenham in league one when we might not have a team to cheer the following year. We are the ones who stood cheering when we took the points against Brighton who had never been beaten at home that season. We are the ones that stood cheering when we got so close to winning the Championship but sang 'We are going up'. We are the ones who kept the club going in it's darkest times. We may be shabby, underdressed, overweight, with our beer bellies hanging out, face a little unshaven, hair unkept and breath less than minty, but WE are the ones that Lambert, Lallana, David, Fonte,Schneiderlin and others played for, and who cheered them to give them the belief that they could succeed back to the Premiership. If what you want is the team to be supported by a load of fiona phillipses, I am a Southampton Supporter,I am a Southampton Supporter,I am a Southampton Supporter,(relegation)I am a Chelsea Supporter,Then to paraphrase a famous rapper, Give me one European season, then **** Saints, you can have them back. If I'm no longer the fan Saints want, then perhaps they aren't the team for me., But until then, I'll carry out turning up. My beauty, like everyone elses, is skin deep.

Coxford lou, please don't judge the majority based on the minority trolls and keyboard warriors who think shouting loudest and longest is the way to get their point across and win an agrument. I just use humour to disarm them and/or ignore them. Please feel free to do the same. Keep coming back, and don't feed the trolls.

Post Match Reaction: Manchester United 1-1 SAINTS
Secret Site Agent replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Miss the first half, but cought the second on stream. Really enjoyed the second hafl, we never stopped fighting and deserved a point, even three. Onto Fulham, where I think we can do the do. And Ossie NEEDS to come out of his shell, with a kick up the backside. And Lallana for Engerland plus five -
United going for all out for the winner. Time to nip one ourselves.

I mooned his abode in Sandbanks back in June whilst on a stag do, from the window of a stretch limosine, which gave me a quiet satisfaction. And i will read his Ghost Written tome, but will if possible get a downloaded copy as I don't wish to give him any cash:lol: Or pehaps buy it in the bargain bin after a couple of weeks, as he may need the 50p. Or wait until it's in the charity shop, then the money can go to a good cause, like the Old Dogs Home. It what Rosie would have wanted. I do think that they should have made him England Manager. Then the whole of England could hate him as much as we do.
