lots of their fans want Awful out it seems, perhaps as they "own" the club they can kick him out no? Oh what's that, they don't really own the club and have no say over any decisions!? But what about their 'shares'? Surely they weren't duped into putting £1000 in to someone else's pocket so that they could buy the club, Who'd have thought it haha!

We always showed the games in real time on the big screen up until this season, don't know why we stopped as other teams are still doing it so presume it isn't a rights issue. Like others on here though I only look at them for replays and the clock, if I wanted to watch the game on the screen I may as well do it at home.

Even more incredible as a sign of how much we've grown as a club is that Schneiderlin was subbed in favour of Jacob Mellis!
-
Turns out we managed it in our first season in L1, quite regularly in our second season in L1 and a few times in the Championship. They included home games though, so as far as 3 aways in a week go I don't know.

"WE ARE SOUTHAMPTON,WE'RE **** ON TV!" What a week, to win back to back league games at OT and SJP is the stuff of dreams, particularly after the summer we had and all the uncertainty. The Champions League dream is starting to feel very real indeed.

Fonte looked teary-eyed during that interview, wouldn't blame him after the journey he has been on.
-
Incredible that, can't believe we've just won at Old Trafford.

5 minutes!? ********

Can see this being one of those games that we'd have been happy to take a draw from prior to kick off, but are ****ed off if we do just that.

Have it you ****ing plastic ****s!!!! Come on you saints!

Post-Match Reaction: SAINTS 1-1 Ipswich Town

im pretty sure we can place segregation over a chunk of that allocation though, I've never had to move from my ST seat in block 41 before when away teams had taken the full allocation such as Pompey and Wolves in the Fa Cup. Chelsea a couple of years ago was the first time but we still kept block 40. -

Poor game, we dominated the second half but seemed to run out of steam in and around the 18 yard box. Ipswich came to defend and frustrate and that's exactly what they did. Desperately in need of another striker, Long works hard but running around a lot doesn't get us wins. Awful atmosphere today, why on earth we gave them the entire Northam is beyond me, why make things more accommodating from the travelling team? -
The OWTS we sang just after the second goal genuinely gave me goosebumps, decent support again I thought, at least it was where I was stood.
-
Hoping for a good game with near full strength sides, but I'm wondering whether Ipswich will really want the cup distraction whilst they're flying high in the league? Reckon this will be quite reminiscent of our cup tie vs Burnley last season.

Ref was a blatant Chelsea rent boy, they were falling about all over the place and he was giving free kicks! Very happy with that result, would have if someone said we'd end our losing run with wins against Everton and Palace and a draw against Chelsea if have snapped their hands off! Good performances out there today, found Pelle a bit anonymous and Tadic poor, but the defence played very well. Looking forward to Thursday, can definitely get a result against the Arse.
-
5 sackings? We must have seen off more than that surely?
-
Decent performance and cracking result. Good result going into the next two tough games.

Elf Scrooged National Lampoons & Bad Santa. withe honourable mentions to Die Hard and Home Alone.

Ticket office called me today to move my ticket in Block 40 as Ipswich have now taken the whole of the Northam. Fair play to them that's a hell of a turnout for an unspectacular cup tie.

Absolutely abysmal. Yes we had a few injuries but there was still enough quality in that team to beat a league 1 team, we just played absolutely ****. Koeman does need to take his share of the blame, the last 30 minutes were nothing but long balls up top, Christ we looked like West Ham ffs.
-
This is ****ing abysmal. 4000 of our boys up there and they have to put up with this ****e.

Dicey from Mane that, could have been red in some eyes.
