Rebel Posted 2 September, 2009 Share Posted 2 September, 2009 Bought 4 tickets for Saturdays game this morning at a very quiet St Marys! Ticket office said that so far we've only sold 13,000 tickets with Colchester only selling 80! (I had to ask him to repeat that) It will be my first chance to see Trotman and Hammond so I'm looking firsts to the game. Even more so if Jaidi and Awaigo play. Hopefully the new signings will boost the gate a bit now! Although with England playing we could suffer.

CWD Posted 2 September, 2009 Share Posted 2 September, 2009 im gonna try and get there now - really hope waigo and jaidi get clearance although i think its unlikely. Arguably the two highest profile managers in the league as well

I bought 3 tickets earlier, got a feeling you'll get the usual bounce response from 2 solid signings (people hoping to see their debuts).

RedAndWhite91 Posted 3 September, 2009 Share Posted 3 September, 2009 I think it is the apathy re the Transfer Window, plus our Krap start ..... perhaps the news of Two signed pending Work Permits will help .... Well in my opinion I don't think fans should decide not to attend a game just because their club hasn't signed all the players the fans deem acceptable. A kid doesn't boycott Christmas just because he doesn't get all the presents he wants. People complain about results, but what the team need the most is the fans to get behind them.
