The Channon Windmill is The Daddy of all Goal Celebrations FACT.

You can stuff all those choregraphed dance routines or the Henry finger to lip ssssh (WTF is that about anyway).

Some of the others mentioned, namely Beatts standing in front of the baying skates with his hand cupped to his ear of course was a magic moment, Bridgey paying homage to Micky with a Windmill at Bolton and Marian on the wall at The Archers End (my last ever game at The Dell) were all very special. And a big LOL at Flower's demented run up the pitch at Old Trafford. Also at OT Matty's look of shock and embarrassment at how on earth his pathetic shot against Tiabi went in is quite a picture. I think it was when Holmes scored from the halfway line V Watford 83ish and he went off on a fist clenched teeth bared run of celebration and nobody could catch him!!

Can't remember how Franny celebrated his goal, or was he in too much of a state of shock to do anything.

My faves, most of which have already been covered were:

Beattie shutting the Skates up after they had booed the minutes silence for Ted Bates.

Beattie at West Ham, winning it in injury time then a big pile up into the net.

Rasiak at Derby, just for the emotion of it.

Pahars vs Skates

Pahars jumping into the crowd against Liverpool

Kenyne Jones, always good for a few somersaults.

Channon, obviously

Skacel, always thought his celebration was odd, but kinda cool

Walcott vs Stoke. McQ grabbing him and dragging him back towards the Northam.

Camara vs Norwich.

Rasiak vs Derby

Lambert vs Pompey

Kevin Davies vs Millwall

Stern John vs Sheff Utd

Ormerod vs Charlton (what a game that was).

are they really the best saints goal celebrations, or just some 'big' goals we've scored over the years?

for me it has to be kenwyne jones with his acrobatics
