Pilchards Posted 28 April, 2011 Share Posted 28 April, 2011 Saw this quality clip (watch it) and I thought to myself who was our worse diver? Pahars or Kachoul is my guess.
Appy Posted 28 April, 2011 Share Posted 28 April, 2011 Barnard is our worst diver at the moment, or best depending how you look at it.
Fan The Flames Posted 28 April, 2011 Share Posted 28 April, 2011 Fabrice Fernandes, didn't he smash into a few parked cars whilst ****ed. Didn't Beattie do the same going to get a kebab.

Alain Perrin Posted 28 April, 2011 Share Posted 28 April, 2011 Fernandez once picked up a yellow for taking the **** out of another players dive. Clipped his own heals just in front of Kingsland centre. Very funny, not sure which game though (Leeds?).

Give it to Ron Posted 29 April, 2011 Share Posted 29 April, 2011 Dave McLaren was always diving the wrong way.....9 times once.
View From The Top Posted 29 April, 2011 Share Posted 29 April, 2011 I remember a rather pathetic dive by Cashfool in the Milton Rd penalty area, complete with shout of pain, that was met with shouts of derision from the Saints fans that end and under the West Stand. We got up looking very embarrassed, grinned and trotted off.

Wes Tender Posted 29 April, 2011 Share Posted 29 April, 2011 The most embassingly bad dive has to be the Kachloul one. Probably the worst dive in football history. It was pure comedy.

rpb Posted 29 April, 2011 Share Posted 29 April, 2011 Micky Channon used to get more than his fair share of penalties - he was so fast that it was difficult to tell whether they were genuine or not though.
Danish Saint Posted 29 April, 2011 Share Posted 29 April, 2011 Shipperley was bad, as was Skacel and Saganowski.... even Pahars took to the ground quite regularly under huge dramatics, but the worst has to be Kachloul. I am glad the Teatrics Department at Saints never has reached Spanish and Italian heights.... long may that continue. Would hate to see Saints becoming a bunch of drama queens. Jimmy_D Posted 29 April, 2011 Share Posted 29 April, 2011 Although I hate to admit it, Gareth Bale was terrible for diving when he was playing for us. Glad to see he's good enough that he doesn't need to now.

I think Micky Channon spent the 3 months during the summer at RADA practising his diving skills ready for next season.

Gorgiesaint Posted 30 April, 2011 Share Posted 30 April, 2011 Surprised no-one has mentioned Phil Boyer aka the grass inspector - used to gain a load of penalties at the Dell by beinf slightly unsteady on his feet in the box!
