Scorers for us: Cameron Desmond Archer off the bench against the club he has done best at. Jack Stephens against the club he made one appearance for. And a wonder goal from Finn.

That's three for us. Now just have to hope the defence doesn't concede 3 or more.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคฏ

Would be nice to get a statement win against one of the team's top performers. Might give the lads some confidence.

Our defence is rock solid. We have not conceded a goal this calendar year. Baz is cooking and the patience with 3 centre backs starting to pay off. Thank you Rasmus, thank you Tonda ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

My main concern is how many Saints players are wearing gloves, any footballer wearing gloves should be red carded for being a soft arse twat. That's my input for today. I'll get my coat.ย

Bazunu as keeper can have gloves but I bet some of the tarts he passes back and forth with all game have gloves on as well.

Place your bets now. Five at the back, Fellows and Scienza continuing not to play together in their best positions, Stephens starting or first sub on with Quarshie swapped in, Manning to start and perform ineptly at the actual job of defending. Wonder how close I'll be.

Not to mention tights or leg warmers !!ย
ย

Nithing new though - Keith Weller (Leicester) wore them in the 1970โ€™s. Surprised he didnโ€™t get more abuse for it at the time. Although noticeably he hadnโ€™t done it whilst at Millwallย

Eric Martin, Boxing Day at Highbury 1970. Snow covered pitch but no gloves.

I put a YouTube clip of it up last week. Should be compulsive viewing for any prospective GK.ย

It will be another TE masterclass with lots of passing around at back, GK and midfield with forwards coming back to pass back to CBโ€™s as well they are bored and cold.

Now and again we will hit it long for the forwards who have no chance of winning the header.

Every once I a while Bazunu will panic but make one of his famous passes and smack into the crowd.

Cannot wait

68% possession, 3 shots off target, one shot on target ๐Ÿ™‚

Glove wearers will be Scienza (if he plays) and Jander (if he plays).

Better rest him for the next game, just in case

If you think about it. The point against Middlesbrough, Millwall, Birmingham and Coventry will be decent once we get a point next week.

''The point is good, if we follow it up with a win against Doncaster rovers' etc, loop infinity.

Correct so far! Five at the back, Fellows and Scienza playing but fellows put of position again, Stephens off for Quarshie and Manning to start. Just need him to perform ineptly defensively which is basically guaranteed at this point.

Back to the strong '11' from the run a month or so ago, but I'm still desperate to see Fellows as a right winger in a game like this. I'm sure he wasn't bought to spend most of his time going backwards.

Okayt - back to 'full strength' - aside from the 3CBs of course.

LND back on th ebench. Wonder if he'll make an appearance?

Not optimistic.

Letโ€™s make this more fun:

What minute will Scienza be subbed off, so that he is fit for in three games time?

What minute will Bazunu make his first mistake?

Hoe may passes will we make across the back of the defence in the first twenty minutes?

Hopefully will be the quick counter-attacking football we saw earlier in Eckertโ€™s reign, and not the slow tippy tappy weโ€™ve had to endure more recently.

Scienza will be off at 60 with Fellows off for Jelert at half time regardless of how well they play.ย

Bazunu will make numerous mistakes probably at least one quite early. Let's say 17 minutes.

I'm not measuring the last one it will be too many.

3 CBโ€™s is all that matters ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿ’ชย

Although I wonder which one of the three will be stepping up into midfield today to prove us all wrong and that we arenโ€™t playing 3 CBโ€™s oh no?

I have been playing "when will Manning be caught out of position or give the ball away cheaply".

Last two games the game has been won within the first 90 seconds. Play it today, it's fun

I suspect youโ€™re right but we live in hope.

The reason I think I will be proved right is that Eckert has had plenty of opportunities to switch things up during this poor spell of performances but he's done nothing ergo it will be more of the same today and continue until he finally accepts something is not working.

Can we get a chant started against three at the back so the club are aware of the strength of feeling about it?

Itโ€™s pointless. Itโ€™s the way he prefers to set-up and he wonโ€™t changeโ€ฆย

Scienza will be subbed off at half time replaced by Archer. Bazine will make first mistake at the 45 second mark, and we will pass across the back of defence 6768 times in the first 20.
