As one of the co-conspirators in our downfall who took his filthy lucre, the last thing we need now is a sermon from him.

But lo and behold, the Echo website has got a banner about comments from him in todays edition.

Seeing as the Echo seem to delay the web version of articles, can anyone shed a light on his musings yet ???

Perhaps in future you could restrain your sneering sarcasm until you are sure of your facts - just to ensure you dont make a fool of yourself.

Just a thought...

Alternatively, I can ask whether the paper is yet on sale so that I have an idea when we might be made aware of what Wiseman has to say.

Don't judge everyone else by your own despicable standards.

Coroners report: Southampton Football Club killed by greed of Askham, Wiseman, Richards and others. Disease can be traced back to 1996 and a dubious reverse takeover, the new doctor Mr Lowe revived the patient 1997-2003 but rather lost his way after that and once another new doctor joined the staff, Mr Wilde, the patient's already poorly conditioned significantly worsened it.

Death by neglect and incompetence.

I am not. I am judging you by your standards.

That sounds remarkably like a schoolboy in the playground screaming "I know you are, but what am I?"

Not something I would have expected from someone "educated to Master's level in a proper subject, not Media Studies" to be fair.

and in fairness, despite him not always being whiter than white in the past it is hard to argue with his sentiments.

At least he recognises that the targets should be Askham and Richards etc. They are the ones who need to withdraw their support for Mr Ego and his little toad.

Well glad the article is published.

Although we could have avoided holding our breath, as it is basically a rehash of this place in the past few months.

Keith - thanks for joining the blame game and putting your name to the bleedin obvious. As you are so obviously closer to the action than us poor internet warriors, could I just ask one question?

What do you propose?

You see we know the problem, we know the history, we know we need change and we know we need 21 points to stay up. But WHAT can you do to HELP?

On the basis of this article - nothing. I would have been FAR happier to see you say that you had at least TRIED to talk with the people still backing failure, and used your position and experience to TRY and get them to consider alternatives. But this, well, sorry it just comes out as a speech written by one of many on here.

Action is needed not more words - don't have an election coming up do you?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE to KW, LC, MC, Salz et al - stop telling us what we know and BL**DY WELL TRY AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, otherwise you are just as bad as the rest

Exactly.

I was viewing this with some trepidation, considering Wiseman's previous role in the whole mess, but its hard to argue against his points, and if a semi-detached netual were to have made these comments, they would be greeted with universal approval.

Anything that highlights Askham's role in all this has to be a good thing.

Gay Askham won't abandon someone who is fronting his carefully orchestrated long standing agenda. If he did he would not be able to replace him with someone who would be complicit with his decades long mission to feather his own nest at the expense of the loyal sotonian fan base.

Lowe is a puppet, albeit an obnoxious, opinionated, stubborn and malevolent in his own right one.

As long as Askham is in 'power' behind the scenes, Lowe with have his hard hat on taking the bullets.

http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/4143786.Wiseman_fires_broadside_at_shareholders_who_continue_to_back_Lowe/

“When the history of the last few years at the club comes to be written, it will not be those who dared to stand up against Rupert whose reputations will suffer but those who for far too long have supported a lost cause.”

The above could well apply not only to the clubs major shareholders but to some on here as well .

As the share price plummets so does Rupert Lowe's support , it can only be a matter of time now before a critical mass is reached and a EGM is called to remove Lowe from power , unfortunately the damage is already done and it will all be far to late .

Why haven't Askham and Richards withdrawn their allegiance to Lowe? The only conclusion I can reach is that there are skeletons in their cupboards from the time of the reverse takeover. The takeover itself was IMO an extremely unethical and immoral piece of business to begin with and I would certainly not be surprised if there were other facets to it that would raise eyebrows amongst the professional legal and financial bodies that regulate those industries if they were to emerge.

I have taken a keen interest in the goings on at the time of the reverse takeover and even received new information only a couple of weeks ago that I was not privvy to a decade ago. Perhaps there is even more in a similar vein out there.

I'm sure that's a fair assessment.

At least the bar steward is losing a few feathers from his nest as regards the share price.

That's probably the only good thing about the club's current situation.

The vent of our spleen has always been aimed at the wrong person IMO.

I think you have in principle got it right Farmer
