As I was on my work laptop tonite thought I would have a wee look on there. I see what he's done. Looking at the table we really need to finish fifth for the integrity of the goal difference rankings. We're pi ss ing all over Liverpool and Spurs on that front. Justice needs to be served on Sunday to give the table a sensible and satisfactory goal difference vs points pattern. Otherwise, frankly, it's chaos.

Didn't need to drag up anything, Just a quick top of my head recall of classic Alpine. None of those things were single posts, but significant rants/campaigns at the time. We are almost certain to finish seventh at least this season, a handful of points off fifth, but our Milka-addicted chum still writes us off as "a tin pot club with no ambition". Alpine only posts a) when we lose b) when forced into his traditional "hindsight" climbdown c) if he runs out of Nutella and gets grumpy I'm just celebrating those facts.
