I’m still hoping for Rlc think he would come in and be easily second best player at the club after ings. if boufal is going we could definitely do with something and tbh I think rlc is way better then what we have and walks into this side

I’m a semi pro gambler, agree the snowballing could have effect.. but it can also work the other way around and could be short due to itk people backing because they have info. what I will say though the West Ham rumours have been at least as strong as ours so why no rumours snow balling effect for them? to me there is such a big difference I think there may be something in this

Looks a very creative player this veerman some really great passing and technique in the vids. bit surprising as Ralph usually prefers the headless chicken types lol

Think one thing we are lacking at the moment is a cm that has a bit of pace to drive forward with the ball at pace sometimes. Romeau and ward prowse are both pretty static (jwp) doesn’t have the pace to do it. shame that Ralph didn’t fancy lemina as he did have this in his locker.. maybe davies could bring this actually? a couple of our best openings came from Armstrong being able to burst through like this but a lot of the time he is stuck out wide and our attack becomes a bit flat and static

Agree some being way too harsh on armstrong, he looked the only one really capable of opening up the game.. couple of nice bursts through the middle near the end which could have set us up.. yes he made the wrong choices but no one else was close to really making things happen..

Still think it’s a poor decision to let boufal go, he’s surely better then djenepo Tella etc. At least has ability to beat players and cause problems.. we are really lacking that atm

Wouldn’t get carried away. The fact that he said ONE or two minimum means there’s a possibility it could only be one..

Not sure what to make of da grossa, but at least he sounds like he has more of a plan then gao does who seems to be completely hands off. personally I would love another Cortese type but with the backing to match his vision and ambitions. It’s a real shame we didn’t get to see how far nc could have taken us if Marcus didn’t die

Watching the clip I do agree with the analysis that his first touch seems very good, seems to get the ball under control super fast or with a turn without really slowing him down, seems powerful too although maybe looks a bit of a diver always seems to be drawing fouls. End product looks looks a bit meh or at least the video isn’t showing much end product. overall he looks ok but not as exciting as watching a boufal or djenepo YouTube clip ,still wish we would stick with boufal and try and get the best out of his obvious talents but seems he’s definitely off by the look of it

He did only have 8 starts last season. its not easy to rack up goals when your getting 10 minutes off the bench occasionally.. Armstrong was also being written off before finally getting a run in the side. but I thought he was playing well last season was beating players and getting in great positions a lot where he cut the ball back a few times we missed sitters from this which should of been assists for him but he did his part. i just think if he had the type of opportunity’s Redmond has had who is very hit and miss. we could be looking at a whole different scenario

Really hope this is true. Boufal has bags of talent and would be easily as productive as Redmond if giving the same amount of minutes. Absolute joke to let his value get to 4 million. I’d actually extend his deal and try get the best out of him as there is so much ability to work with. anyway we have quite good depth and options with Redmond Armstrong boufal and djenepo.. hope we keep him

Agree we need a cm but tbh If you say we got 4 strikers when you count obafemi who is basically promoted youth player still could also count Smallbone etc in cms. i still think our strike force is a bit worrying bar ings who is obviously awesome. Adams is a bit of a unknown still and oba and long just doesn’t scream goals.. I’d still like another one in but not holding my breath

Think lemina gets a bit too much unfair bashing on here of late. case of player not playing suddenly becoming useless by the looks of it in most posters eyes.. before ralph exiled him (and lemina kind of burned his bridges) many posters on here regarded him as our best player and certainly best midfielder. yes he had off games but was pretty decent and not really any worse then hoj in my opinion. fulham may have got themselves a absolute steal

I really don’t see that we would be interested in ntcham If McKennie was the top target.. ntcham just seems like a technical midfielder who is a bit lazy and only turns it on when he feels like it. Doesn’t sound like the pressing beast we would be interested in. i think it’s more likely we turn our attention to ronaldo Vieira or even Mangala tbh

Bit of a shame re lemina he seems to have become useless in many posters eyes since Ralph exiled him. But you only have to look back at peoples opinions before that and he was regarded as one of our best players, would have liked to see if we could have gotten him going with a good chance under rh. anyway since we are not gonna use him hopefully this along with reed leaving frees up the wages to get our hoj replacement in quickly. is this a coincidence that this has happened so fast on the day Weston is linked with juve? Watching Weston’s YouTube again, one thing I like is he seems pretty rapid and has a nice burst of pace, also looks tenacious could compliment jwp quite nicely since he seems so quick. Could he be our Kante ?

Sounds like Fulham have a 8m option on reed so I’m not even sure if it’s in our hands to keep him? i don’t really have much idea on who the central mf replacement will be. Sounds like a lot of Celtic fans talk about ntcham like we did lemina.. superb on his day but his days are rare
