Correct, while maximising the return to the creditors the administrator needs to leave a viable business so at least the CVA can be completed. The Griffins report has clearly shown he hasn't done that.

The use of print font can have a profound influence on things and how information is processed. (Song, H. and Schwarz, N., If it's easy to read, it's easy to do, pretty, good, and true. the psychologist vol. 23 no 2.). Arial font is an easy to read one to use. HTH

Haven't they lost their top scorer, Paynter, to Leeds on a free. All he is saying is they are hoping for weaker opposition to boost their chances to be up there again and keep the best of the squad. For us, didn't we do better against the decent sides of the division (Leeds, Norwich, etc) and struggled against the lower/combatives sides (tranmere, stockport etc)?

Mexico are 3-1 to top the group.

It's two hours by my reckoning, but still in his favour!

Different Ownership and Managment, same old summer

The international transfer window for signings will open on Wednesday, 9 June and will stay open until 1800 BST on Tuesday, 31 August. Domestic transfers between clubs in the same association (eg England or Scotland) can take place as soon as a club completes its last competitive fixtures. However, many transfers or signings, although agreed at this time, will not formally go through until 1 July because the majority of players' contracts expire on 30 June. HTH -
N - Norwich for knocking us out of the FA cup in the sixth round in 92. Matt got send off and after leading one nil lost 2-1 AET.

...and if the skates aren't squashed and mauled, it makes for a reasonable avenue to downsize and obtain a bonus to be competitive for clubs to follow that fall out of the PL.

BBC3 50 most shocking world cup moments

I always remember that incident as well as the fantastic through ball by Platani. If Battiston's shot was on target it would have been a goal. As it missed, the ref gave a goal kick to the Germans. Battiston was knocked unconcious, lost three teeth and twisted his vertebrae. -

I'll be getting one even though I expect I won't be able to get to many games living so far away but it means being able to go to games at short notice and being at the head of the queue for extra tickets so it will be worth it.
-
Yes, I know the first bit, but are you saying in your second sentence the unsecured creditors would get nothing if the CVA is not approved, i.e. that is the only option from rejecting the CVA or, can they ask for more via the courts/administrator or do they get 20p regardless or something else can happen?
-
Just out of curiousity, if the CVA isn't approved, can the company proceed with it anyway? I.e. apart from liquidation what are the other choices open to a company without an approved CVA?

Reserves Pulled Out of Combination League.
Doctoroncall replied to miserableoldgit's topic in The Saints
I thought the PL sides were playing each other and it's only those clubs in the FL that have the reserve leagues localised. Besides, we don't know if this is NCs great idea or that of the development team (Reed et al) rubber stamped by NC. -
Not only will the assests be transferred but the liabilities as well, ie., the CVA payments. It's a question the league will need to think about - there is no clear rule to say this does or does not impose a points penalty. What I don't understand is why wait nine months to do this?
-
No, they have chainrai as owner.
-
Full.
-
There is a time limit that a company can be in admin though, IIRC it's 12 months although that can be extended with creditors’ and Court’s permission. The FL is a members club, so for the purposes of a place in the league they could do what they want given the mandate by majority. Hence why we got hit and Leeds even though they had an agreed CVA.
-
Much depends on what company the contract was with under SLH. My brother had and still has one with the football club and was owed money but obviously didn't get paid as there wasn't any money coming into the club. Once the club was sold he got paid. If he had the agreement with SLH or another subsidiary that got liquidated then who knows what would have happened.

This. When Capello was there winning cups, the fans didn't like the way they played - it wasn't exciting flowing football - so I would expect JM to be there for only one season perhaps two at a stretch. It would be great to see him as Saints manager at some point but that isn't going to happen.
