IMHO - Davis should have been replaced 2/3 seasons ago....It looks like the club has tried (unsuccessfully) to replace him with someone better. Guess the search goes on.

I think the idea was to have a guess before it all gets going, rather like picking your fantasy team before the start of the season...not 10 games in.
