  1. Ambisurreptical !
  2. Oh! No! Not another bl...y 'poser'. Pleas enlighten me.. "What can he do that Ricky dosen't?" WE NEED a 'Central Midfielde' as we've already got quite a number of excellent forwards.
  3. I reckon we should sign the Fearless Truck/Digger driver in the Liebherr commercial on You tube- WWW.YouTube.com/watch or just type in Liebherr and see what you get. This guy is a Liebherr employee who takes the Digger right to the top just like Saints can this season.
  4. Right Oppo! I'll buy you a pint of that Badgers P.ss when I see you at St Marys!
  5. I recently had a small problem with the 'New' layout. The Mods e-mailed me almost immediately and the 'problem' was resolved. Like others, my advice to DBP is this:- "If you don't like the product then don't use it and find another site that will accommodate your particular brand of dis- satisfaction!"
  6. How I agree. It's something I've said for a very long time. An example of how ordinary our 'English Players' are poses the following question. How many English Players are in the Budesliege/ Serie A,La Lieger (Spelling) or Portugal? Let's be honest eh? The bunch of overpaid, overated and underperforming clowns who (mis) represented England have no excuses THEY JUST WEREN'T GOOD ENOUGH.Take away the foreigners from the Arse and Theo would have to play with himself!!!!
  7. Saints will crucify them, and on TV. I'll be there and so will 20.000 others. What's with all this negativity eh?
  8. Defence! OVER THE BLOODY fence!!!
  9. One of the 'things' that excited me last season was for the FIRST time in God knows how many years we scored MORE goals than we conceded. (Second in goal difference I think) So of course Pilchards is right. I'm excited by the mere fact that we will score quite a few goals - sufficient to get to the top and stay there.Come on Saints get positive!
  10. RIP Mary. You will be sadly missed. Together with Ted you were always something special.
  11. I think most of these posts are from the Supporters Have It Tough syndicate.
  12. We were 'up-close' and Morgan was there. Had a great afternoon especially the Southend fans singing 'We're all going to Shrewsbury' and the clown of an announcer saying 'The Tranmere substitution is ....' Hats off to all who stayed behind to receive the 'Salute' from our players and a big hand to those Southend fans who stayed behind with us.Good Luck in the League 2 !!!
  13. This is the same Daily Mail that 'created' the Zinoviev Letter in the '30's to fabricate the receipt of 'Russian Gold'. now we are in the 21st Century and NOTHING has changed. It's a complete fabrication.
  14. Here I sit, reading some absolutely unrivetting tripe. Outside it's wet, it's cold and miserable;it's supposed to be summer. I'd like to cheer you all up. WE DIDN'T LOSE LAST NIGHT! Why all the negativity? Some of us had hopes of a win but, after Sunday, Brighton just had to be an anti-climax.Get with it people. AP is doing a reasonable job so get out there on Monday and give him the support he deserves! PS When was the last time you looked at a Table and saw 29 + goal difference? Dosen't this just warm the ****les of your heart? I'll get me coat.
  15. A year ago we got docked '10 Points'. But NOT in the CCC. It would appear that others are treated more favourably as they get their points deducted now (last week). Shame that we couldn't force the FA to reconsider. Oh! Sorry. We're not in the Prem are we?
  16. As I said in an earlier post 'These journo's really do use poetic licenceto the full '. There were hundreds of us from the Midlands area (NOT PLASTICS - just supporters) and ask Yorkie how many came down from the North East? Incidentally 'How much is a quarter of the population of Southampton?' Dibden Purlieu Saint don't live there but he WAS at Wembley! As were many others.Just because we don't live in 'Swampton' for whatever reason don't mean we ain't Saints. COYR
  17. Cheating has become 'acceptable' in football. At almost every throw-in,free kick or 'dive' players take advantage of very complacent refereeing. Adding five yards to a throw is an advatage. Adding two or three yards to a free kick is an advantage. 'Diving' without any contact whatsoever is appalling. I hate cheating in football by ANY player (Saints included). What does it do to for kids 'Perform like Rodney Marsh' once you're in the box? They copy it and so the cheating becomes the norm.Refs should Red Card any player who tries it on to gain an advantage. And yes; I do live in the real world.
  18. Initially.... Those W..kers = T W A T S At Talk Sports
  19. When will these bloody reporters stop patronising us. 44.000 from the South Coast! Pillock! As we drove down the M54/M6/M42 this morning and back this evening there were Saints fans everywhere.I spoke to Saints from Birmingham,Manchester,Stafford, two from Edinburgh and many others inside the Stadium. It was 44.000 SAINTS at Wembley where ever they travelled from. We just turned up to support our team.Brilliant! Great to see so many Saints in one place for a change. COYR
  20. Dan Harding for me. Didn't give up, played his heart out (as usual) and was in the thick of it all the time. Big bonus for us in Block 333 was Matty sat in the next row behind us and chatted, signed autographs, shook hands and even did the 'star' stance as we sang his song 'Le Tiss Le Tiss Takes the p.ss. Brilliant! Thanks for your company Matt.
  21. There's about sixteen of us coming down from Shropshire. Does that count?
  22. We're bringing bacon sandwiches as Tescos bacon has perfect red and white stripes!
  23. I don't know how many of you went up to Blackpool last season. (We were in the CCC then!) We were herded into a wide open uncovered area to sit on a construction of planks and scoffold poles.(At a cost of £24 each for the priviledge) We should have rioted but didn't. However, violence erupted when several (not just one) overweight 'Pointy-Heads' threw an EIGHT YEARS OLD and his dad to the ground for LEGITIMALLY shouting at the Ref/Lino. Now that WAS violence at a Football ground whilst the game was being played. The Police Cam corders were panned along all of us (On our side of the Stadium(?)) whilst criticising the OB for their un necessary use of force. WE WERE THREATENED WITH EVICTION if we didn't shut up. Just because it happened inside a Football ground does not legitimise un necessary force by the few in blue. I also recall a bit of a 'dust up' on a Railway Station in London a few years ago. IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR A FOOTBALL GROUND but was described as football related. The Saints who were caught up in this were the victims of the then Home Secretaries obsession, and complicity of the Railway Police, with 'possible' Fan violence prior to the Euro's. Several of the Saints fans were jailed for up to two years. Had they not been wearing Saints shirts they'd have been given cautions for 'Public Disorder Offences'. There are always two sides to an argument and I'd love to hear the other side before making any judgement.I rest my case.
  24. Well thats knocked the wind out of a few sails. We'll stuff 'em etc. Once again there's no consistency. Enjoy Wembley and look forward to next season. No team, anywhere, wins every game and we ain't no different. We're just Saints. Same old.....
